Kuldip and Omar have been amazing at showing us properties and along with Anthony and Emma they have been easy to talk to on the phone answering the one million and one questions we have. Last but definitely not at all the least, Prabhdeep has offered us a very insightful view of what we can expect. He was able to put things into perspective for us and show us what our path forward would look like. We would not have made the decision to house hunt without his help. Their combined efforts have made this process less difficult and not as scary as we would have initially thought. We would strongly recommend working with them to find the perfect fit for you.

They have been extremely helpful throughout, dealing efficiently with my many questions and concerns (sorry!). Mia went above and beyond to make things happen when I thought they wouldn’t.<br><br>I’ve had a fair few issues with the property I’ve just moved into, which are not Simmons and Son’s fault, but Mia and Danielle have ensured everything has been dealt with quickly, which I really appreciate.<br><br>I would definitely recommend Simmons and Son and especially Mia and Danielle—both are kind, patient, and very supportive. The team Dennis and expecially Mark were very professional, knowledgeable and kept me informed throughout the entire process. They made what can often be a stressful experience feel straightforward and manageable. Communication was excellent and they were always available to answer any questions. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell their property. Thank you for such an excellent service.

Never dealt with them or had any interaction with them. Don’t know how they got our email address. There is no option to unsubscribe. Horrible.

18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
2nd Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by this letting agency. Rent payments are consistently delayed, causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience. In addition, various charges have been applied without adequate explanation or transparency, leaving me feeling that fees are being imposed arbitrarily. Communication has also been very poor. Emails and queries often go unanswered, and it is difficult to obtain clear information regarding payments, charges, or the management of my property. As a landlord, I expect professionalism, transparency, and timely communication, none of which have been consistently demonstrated. Unfortunately, my experience has been frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend this agency to other landlords seeking reliable property management services.

If those words resonate with you when searching for an Estate Agent then choose Jacob Steel, Lancing!<br>Having moved many times over the years I can honestly say that Ross is exceptional. Along with Mel and the team they are by far the best agents around!<br>Their Customer Service is second to none. Excellent and clear communication at all times, availability and calls returned. They were punctual , always confirming visits, dates and times. Consistent feedback.<br>And on top of that Ross is one of the most professional and patient guys I've ever met. Complete empathy with the client, polite and nothing was too much trouble. I didn't think agents existed like this BUT they DO ??????!!<br>Thank you guys! A difficult situation moving from UK to France and all the bits in between but you did it!!<br>Bon continuation ??????
