1st Oct 2026 (26 days ago)I would like to express my appreciation for the professionalism and helpful advice given to me by the rep from Romans Estate agents, George Steedman during his visit to evaluate our family home. First we sat in the lounge to discuss the house and the considerable services Romans had to offer & their wide network of connections especially with London. The portfolio showed some of the houses shot from unusual angles making them appear striking. During the subsequent tour his focus was on the house as a family home rather than its obvious capacity for extensions & the like.<br>I felt that Romans would deliver a personal touch, seeing every house as unique & that they would handle any transaction with care & consideration.

The appointments were set up on the same day so visits were one in, one out viewing the house. It worked ever so well and we were kept informed via email. Shana brought us several well-qualified offers quickly, answered our questions promptly, and coordinated the painting, cleaning and inventory so everything was ready for the move-in date. Carla gave clear, patient answers on the terms and the paperwork, and was always quick to help. Highly recommend Shana, Carla and the Maidenhead team.

The team were great throughout, always keeping me updated, communicating clearly and being helpful and respectful at every stage. The process felt well managed from start to finish, and I always felt I was in good hands.<br><br>A special mention to Trinity and Ella, who were both brilliant throughout.<br><br>Would definitely recommend Coopers Maidenhead.
