Serena was incredibly kind, patient and thoughtful throughout the whole process, always taking the time to understand Mum's needs and never making us feel under any pressure. Her warmth, professionalism and genuine care made what could have been a very stressful experience so much easier.<br>I'd also like to thank Sandy and the rest of the team, who were all friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. Every member of staff we met was welcoming, professional and clearly cared about providing a first-class service.<br>Although we ultimately found a property elsewhere, that was simply down to finding a home that was the right fit for Mum. From the very first meeting, they were professional, knowledgeable and genuinely invested in getting us the right result. The marketing was excellent — the photos really showed the property at its best, and they clearly spent time getting every detail right. What really stood out, though, was the quality of the viewings: every viewer was properly qualified and genuinely interested, so we never felt our time was being wasted. Throughout the process they kept us regularly updated and were always on hand to answer questions, and when it came to the paperwork and managing the chain, they handled everything with real skill and patience — the whole sale went through seamlessly, with far less stress than we'd expected. Henne in particular deserves a mention - she really helped when our chain was dragging by communicating up and down the line and keeping us informed every step. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

18th Aug 2026 (5 days ago)I think it depends what partnership you have, I one I had the sales pitch was great but the communication throughout once I signed up with them was terrible, at one point t after I chased and chased for feedback after 1 week after a viewing they told me I had an offer, yes it was very low, but I was never told.

Need to give a shout out to Tom who helped progress our sale. It got very tense towards the end with lots of moving parts but he was truly fantastic and went above and beyond to chase solicitors/estate agents and get us over the finish line. Thanks so much Tom and team!
