Our home was treated with total respect and getting our sale over the line was something they paid full attention to. Richard was great in setting it all up, and Jordan, Sonya and the rest of the staff there, including Saturday lady Kate all played big parts. All managed so well by Matthew in the office, who knew how to manage my nerves! Highly recommended.

Buying a house can be a stressful process, but they were professional, responsive, and supportive throughout every stage.<br>One aspect that particularly stood out was the recommendation of an excellent solicitor. The conveyancing process was handled efficiently, and contracts were exchanged and completed remarkably quickly, making the entire purchase smooth and hassle-free.<br>What truly sets the team apart is the continued support even after the purchase was completed. Two years later, Callum kindly arranged a property valuation for me free of charge, which was incredibly helpful and demonstrates a genuine commitment to customer service long after the sale.<br>The communication, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile shown by Callum & Team were exceptional throughout. 1st Oct 2026 (26 days ago)I would like to express my appreciation for the professionalism and helpful advice given to me by the rep from Romans Estate agents, George Steedman during his visit to evaluate our family home. First we sat in the lounge to discuss the house and the considerable services Romans had to offer & their wide network of connections especially with London. The portfolio showed some of the houses shot from unusual angles making them appear striking. During the subsequent tour his focus was on the house as a family home rather than its obvious capacity for extensions & the like.<br>I felt that Romans would deliver a personal touch, seeing every house as unique & that they would handle any transaction with care & consideration.

During the valuation process Tom & Dylan had by far the most positive approach compared to a number of other local estate agents and this was the main reason I opted to sell my apartment with them. Dylan maintained a good level of communication throughout both the sale and onward purchase and was always there on the other end of the phone when ever I had any questions to ask. Thanks all!

Miss Esther Macedru in particular, resolved issues quickly and ensured a speedy return of the deposit. The landlord was also great to deal with. I would certainly recommend them to friends.

Henne in particular deserves a mention - she really helped when our chain was dragging by communicating up and down the line and keeping us informed every step. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. We couldn’t have asked for better service and would highly recommend Rob to anyone looking to sell their property.
6th Oct 2026 (21 days ago)Overall I'm very pleased with the service Andrews provided. They were helpful and patient during a drawn out sale process, which included a tricky probate process. As a first time seller (dealing with my late father's estate), they were helpful. I didn't feel patronised at the outset, and they mostly avoided sales cliches or overinflating costs.<br><br>The initial point of contact (Ben) generally stayed as my main point of contact, which I appreciated - I didn't feel like I was immediately passed off to a junior member of staff.<br><br>They were prompt in getting things done and in their communications, and didn't make errors in the technical or administrative bits. The only times they irritated me was in frequently chasing me for updates when I didn't have any (and told them that I would update them by email when I did!). But I suppose it's better for them to be proactive and engaged than inactive!

The team were great throughout, always keeping me updated, communicating clearly and being helpful and respectful at every stage. The process felt well managed from start to finish, and I always felt I was in good hands.<br><br>A special mention to Trinity and Ella, who were both brilliant throughout.<br><br>Would definitely recommend Coopers Maidenhead.
