13th Aug 2026 (10 days ago)The Romans agency was managing the flat I was renting in Maidenhead.<br>In October 2025, I reported damp walls (the roof was leaking) and mould appearing because of the damp. By July 2026, nothing was done to fix the issue, and the agent did nothing to help end the contract due to unhealthy conditions, only repeating that the landlord wouldn't want to lose a tenant. Other, smaller issues - like insufficient water pressure, insufficient amount of hot water to be able to do the dishes and take a shower in the same evening, carpets falling apart and tearing into threads - weren't fixed either.<br>When I gave a notice, and the flat manager came to see the situation with the walls, and acknowledged it was bad, they nonetheless proceeded to try and find a new tenant to live in a wet mouldy flat with crumbling walls.<br>Now it has been over a month since my contract ended, and my emails about the deposit are simply ignored by Romans.<br>Just really hope that karma exists, both for the agent and the landlord.

20th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)What can you say in a comparison study? No one sells a house regularly, and without some regrets. None of us feels that they’ve achieved what the house was worth to us. But Milsom was transparent in their dealings, reported quickly on the viewings, were responsive to information requests, and clearly knew their market. They were professional!
16th Aug 2026 (7 days ago)The most important thing in business is communication which Hamptons sadly lack from. We had to constantly chase on outcomes of the few viewings we had which isn’t good business. I also found your telephone system to be nothing short of useless. When we called you we were always greeted with please hold as we are busy ! Then the system would shut off and you would have to call back again ! I can see why small independent people ( social Media experts ) who are hungry for business are winning against the high street outlets

We sold and bought through them, and they were so proactive, communicative, professional and just really lovely people to deal with. If I could give 6 stars I would! 8th Aug 2026 (15 days ago)We wanted to sell, initially we were told that our property would attract alot of potential buyers and that it would take a predicted 6-8 months to find suitable buyers. When they come to value your property they will try and convince you that they'll do a good job however upon using their services we realised that JNP are highly inefficient and unprofessional. They will not vet viewers prior to making appointments & match suitable buyers with your property.<br><br>They don't give you feedback post viewings so that you can have constructive criticism to make your property more appealing to potential buyers. They will then continue to tell you that the market is slow whilst other properties in your area will sell the only difference is that they have listed their property with proactive agents. JNP are not proactive.<br><br>In conclusion listing your property with JNP is a complete and utter waste of time. Please find a suitable alternative and do not make the same mistake we did!

Henne in particular deserves a mention - she really helped when our chain was dragging by communicating up and down the line and keeping us informed every step. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
18th Aug 2026 (5 days ago)I think it depends what partnership you have, I one I had the sales pitch was great but the communication throughout once I signed up with them was terrible, at one point t after I chased and chased for feedback after 1 week after a viewing they told me I had an offer, yes it was very low, but I was never told.
10th Dec 2025 (8 mo. ago)Today (12/12/25) at around 09:30 on the M4, one of your drivers driving a Mini, registration LS73 GXC, was continuously using his mobile phone while driving and hogging the middle lane. Once he finished using his phone, his driving became even more concerning. Despite the speed being reduced to 40 mph, he began driving aggressively, flashing other drivers to move faster, and also attempted to undertake other vehicles. His behaviour was reckless and extremely dangerous. Given that this vehicle is displaying full company branding, this reflects very poorly on your business. If you employ drivers like this, it may be worth reconsidering allowing them to operate company-branded vehicles, as it presents a serious risk to public safety and your company’s reputation. I truly wish I had dash cam footage, as I would have reported this incident directly to the police. I hope this matter is taken seriously.

Clare’s ability to communicate at the right level and provide guidance to both sides during the purchase/sale was clear, precise and ultimately got the sale across the line.

I was able to book our viewing via WhatsApp and communicate throughout via WhatsApp, which was really handy given my busy schedule. Connor was proactive throughout, and we felt genuinely well looked after.<br><br>If and when we come to sell, we’ll certainly be using Who Property — and we’d recommend them to anyone selling, despite only being the buyer in this transaction. It was a refreshingly different experience compared to a high street chain agency!
