23rd Jul 2026 (4 weeks ago)Be careful with your check out, they will try to screw you over and charge extortionate cleaning charges. You may as well leave the place a dirty mess, because you will be billed as if it was one anyway even if it is left with “light dusting” required
29th Jun 2026 (8 weeks ago)I would very much recommend using Allen and Harris in Witney. Aishah and Jarrod were amazing, constantly updating and communicating with us. Jarrod is still a trainee but would like to say how impressed we were with his knowledge about our house and how he communicated that information to the viewers. He has a presence about him that will make a great estate agent and an asset to the team.

Dominic was really great with us as we didn't know the area very well at all. Suzie very helpful when finalising the rental agreement. I would recommend Davis Tate.
18th Aug 2026 (5 days ago)Mixed bag service.<br>We mainly dealt with Damien, which overall was a positive experience, very professional. However our process went on for just under a year, which takes it's toll on everyone in it.<br><br>However reason for the 2 star reduction is for the handling of a situation on moving day by other staff. It was extremely poor and added additional stress to everyone involved.

Even when Paul was understandable distracted with unforeseen family matters, he remained in communication and showed great commitment and returned calls to make the entire process straightforward. Taking messages and responding quickly even after hours and in her own private time. She has let a number of our properties out and we would highly recommend her to other landlords.
9th Jul 2023 (3 years ago)Would not recommend this estate agents. I had to chase them for feedback every time (however, only had 7 viewings in 4 months!) didn’t hear from them at all for 7 weeks! NO communication at all!! Arranged viewings with totally unsuitable prospective buyers (e.g. a lady with an electric car who wanted to install an electric hook up when there is no driveway-on street parking). Felt forgotten about as the office wasn’t in our town. Worse than disappointing.

It was not straight forward with the solicitors on both sides needing a lot of chasing and it being a drawn out process but Owen was efficient, always kept me updated with what was happening and kept me positive. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better estate agent to deal with the sale of my home and I’d definitely recommend Owen/Scott Fraser to anyone that is selling/buying a shared ownership property.

18th Aug 2026 (5 days ago)I think it depends what partnership you have, I one I had the sales pitch was great but the communication throughout once I signed up with them was terrible, at one point t after I chased and chased for feedback after 1 week after a viewing they told me I had an offer, yes it was very low, but I was never told.
