3rd Jul 2025 (1 year ago)I realise it’s a difficult market but they spend a lot of time telling you how good they are and not being proactive. They are the local agents so they tend to be busy. It seems they have too much work to make a job of marketing any single property.
7th Aug 2026 (17 days ago)My sister and I recently sold our mother's Park Home in Hordle and it was her wish that it was sold through Ross Nicholas. It was the right choice of estate agent. Justin Power dealt with the whole process perfectly, keeping us promptly informed and always available with sound advice when we needed it, particularly after the first offer fell through when a remote part of the chain pulled out. We fully recommend Justin and Ross Nicholas if you looking to realistically value your Park Home and sell it.

We believed Tailor made had what it took to get the job done, and within out first week we started to get viewings and considerable interest on the house eventually landing the sale. Definitely recommend !

He made what was, potentially, a stressful experience simple and easy. Do look into engaging them if you are considering selling - you won’t be disappointed.

Communication was excellent at every stage, both with my wife and I as landlords and with our tenants. Everything was handled efficiently, clearly and with a genuine level of care.<br><br>What really stood out to us was how approachable and reliable the whole team were. We always felt that our property and our tenants were in safe hands, and that everyone involved was being treated with the same level of respect and professionalism.<br><br>We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Marco Harris to anyone looking for a trustworthy and professional property management company.
