She helped me, and continues to help me, with the house buying process. Isaac was very energetic and sweet, he has kept in touch with me throughout the process and was lovely to talk to in regards to the mortgage aspect of the process. He was very informative throughout. Although… I’m shocked he’s never had a Toby Carvery, that needs to be sorted. :)

The entire team have been incredibly supportive and proactive throughout the entire process, especially when encountering unexpected difficulties along the way. Their knowledge of the local market has been invaluable, as has their professional yet extremely friendly advice. We would recommend them without hesitation.

15th Jul 2025 (9 mo. ago)I amazed that they sell anything. Tried to contact them by phone on numerous occasions. Wanted to arrange a viewing, same message on the phone, "sorry nobody is available to take your call". In the end looked elseware

19th Jun 2020 (5 years ago)Terrible service, from people who are not attentive and do not care. had to sell the house privately and then then went legal for a fee they did not earn, as they had taken the house off rightmove etc and did not keep in contact with the buyer, lawyers or anyone. Lesson is to read the fine details of estate agents contracts
