Even though they are based in Eastleigh, they did an outstanding job selling my property in Chandler's Ford—an area traditionally dominated by local Chandler's Ford agents.<br><br>Connells approached me and persuaded me to sell with them after I had a bad experience and took the flat off the market. I’m so glad they did! Thanks to Hobbie, who valued the flat at the right price, making it possible to move on to my next property.<br><br>The entire team was incredible throughout: Oli brought great charisma and efficiency to the sales side, working alongside Fin; they sold my flat within just a few days of it going on the market, and Chloe provided excellent support on the mortgage side—she is ever so efficient. Their attention to the client and level of care were truly exceptional. I couldn't be happier with the overall experience and highly recommend them!

From day one, he has been consistently patient, clear, and incredibly easy to communicate with. His manner strikes the perfect balance — always present and supportive, but never once pushy or overbearing.<br><br>Across the last six months, Isaac went above and beyond in helping me understand my options. He produced numerous mortgage quotes for different terms, deposit amounts, and scenarios, each time taking the time to walk me through the implications so I could make informed decisions. What impressed me most was that his support wasn’t limited to mortgages alone; he offered thoughtful, practical advice on a wide range of home?buying topics, double?checked that the properties I was interested in (not with Fox & Sons) were priced fairly, and gave guidance on what and when to offer. Communication has been a breeze during the tenancy and the ladies working there are always friendly. Highly recommend the team to anyone looking for properties!<br><br>I recently rent a flat from Belvoir. Very professional and friendly staff. Communications have been very smooth as well. Much better than a lot of letting agents I have dealt with. Thank you and keep up with the good work ??????

20th Feb 2026 (8 mo. ago)Overall we were disappointed by the lack of any regular communication. We did receive feedback after viewings, but otherwise we had to take the initiative and request updates. We are now putting the property on the market with a different agent.

Luci works hard and is there whenever you need advice. She kept us updated at all stages of the sale and as others have said she is down to earth, honest and understands the market. She listens to what her buyers and sellers what and matches them up which is why she is so successful. 24th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)We chose Rowe & co because we were impressed with their knowledge of the area and other properties on the market nearby. They were upfront with costs etc and explained all we needed to know about selling our property. The staff in the office are extremely friendly and approachable and we always got to speak to someone when we needed to. We would highly recommend, a good experience throughout.

They called without leaving a voicemail, including early morning at 8 am on Saturday and again on Monday morning, not helpful whwn i am on holiday. simply to ask whether I wanted to sell my house and look for another property. This felt highly inappropriate.<br><br>Ryan was unhelpful and wouldn’t confirm that my number would be removed from the call list. Overall, a frustrating and unprofessional experience.
