There will be others I've forgotten in the moving madness but thanks to the whole team Fantastic estate agents that were very helpful in getting my sale and purchase over the line. Thanks to Dan, Hobby, Elaine, Charlotte, and the rest of the Eastleigh team.
17th Apr 2026 (22 days ago)I had an excellent experience with Morris Dibben Southampton and only wish I had chosen them sooner. From start to finish, the service was excellent. Jonathan Davis was realistic, professional, and knowledgeable during the initial meeting. The sales team (shout out to Lauren, Daniel, and Samantha) were always responsive, engaged, and provided prompt, helpful feedback after viewings. They were genuinely a pleasure to deal with. A special mention to Russell for his care and attention throughout, and to Narinder, who oversaw the final stages of the process. Narinder was fantastic - keeping everything moving forward and providing reassurance during a time when things go quiet or slow down. Overall, a highly professional and supportive team. I would strongly recommend Morris Dibben Southampton. You’ll be in great hands every step of the way. Thank you all for your help in selling my property.

I have no intention of being abusive, and I would appreciate the same level of professionalism and understanding in return. Google reviews exist so customers can share their experiences and provide feedback. If negative feedback is a concern, then perhaps this platform is not the most suitable place to engage with customers. As this matter is now resolved on my side, I do not wish to take it further, but I hope future tenants are treated more considerately.- 17th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)Emily was professional, friendly and made me feel pampered. Great cut and gave me some good tips for styling. Definitely recommend.
- 24th Apr 2026 (15 days ago)I found Jamie and his team very approachable and friendly. Jamie was always willing to help and answer a multitude of questions we had!! The young lady Izzy who mainly answered the telephone was extremely pleasant and helpful. On the whole the experience was extremely pleasant and the staff very professional. Sadly we had to pull out and Jamie was very understanding considering he had a buyer for our property. I wish the staff all the very best for the future. If we do decide to put our property on the market in future we will choose Morris Dibben.
17th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)We recently purchased a property through Savills that should have been a smooth process based on a small chain however for various reasons outside our or the buyers control it was far from it. Hayley was an angel and acted to keep our sellers calm and ensured we finally reached a completion date. Would absolutely return to Savills if we are brave enough to move again in the future!

22nd Apr 2026 (17 days ago)Sparks Ellison were involved in my purchasing of a property, and compared to other local estate agents who I had briefly been involved, were and have been leagues ahead in terms of their promptness, clarity, customer service and accessibility, in addition to supporting a tight timeframe to complete/exchange - so a deep, deep thanks to George, Frazier, Veronica and especially Lucie as my sales progression contact - I've already recommended Sparks Ellison to several of my friends who are homeowners, and I don't think I think any higher praise than that :)

We haven’t been able to agree on an offer with the seller but the team have done a fab job of mediating and being there when we needed to talk to them, also they’re speedy actioning things as far as we’ve experienced. 25th Feb 2025 (1 year ago)Awful Estate Agents made a sale more stressful never kept us updated , did not carry out their promised, often gave wrong information, would not check rest of chain - in the end we spoke to Charters (who we purchased through) who we great - updated us weekly - Sold our property in January 2024 and finally moving today

Jarred and Catherine were very helpful and communicative, giving us regular updates on the sale progress and keeping in touch with the other party. Would recommend ??????
1st May 2026 (8 days ago)The worst letting agency I've ever dealt with. Pushed my move in date because they failed to clean the property in time, scheduled an inspection twice over the year I lived in my property and didn't turn up either time with no explanation. My tenancy ended on 10/03/26 and still haven't received my deposit back and it's 01/05/26. Avoid at all costs.

20th Feb 2026 (11 weeks ago)Overall we were disappointed by the lack of any regular communication. We did receive feedback after viewings, but otherwise we had to take the initiative and request updates. We are now putting the property on the market with a different agent.

Everyone has been excellent and always really friendly and approachable and a great app, with all viewings, feedback and any updates on. Lovely Harry, so good at conducting the viewings, James and Rob for advice, Chris with his knowledge and of course amazing Audrey who goes above and beyond on getting it all over the line. We have changed our view of Estate agents, the move has been very stress free. Thank you all really appreciate the work you all put in????????
