From the very beginning, Anna, Suzie and the rest of the Rochford Stokes team were professional, friendly and genuinely helpful. They were always quick to respond, kept us informed, and made every stage of the tenancy feel easy and stress free.<br><br>What really stood out was how reliable and transparent they were. Whether it was moving in, handling day-to-day queries, or managing the check-out process, everything was organised, fair and dealt with promptly. At the end of the tenancy, the deposit return process was smooth and hassle-free, which was greatly appreciated.<br><br>It can be difficult to find a letting agency you can truly trust, but Rochford Stokes exceeded our expectations. If you're looking for an agency that is responsive, professional and genuinely cares about providing a great experience, we would highly recommend getting in touch with them.

I’ve been renting a house through City View Property for the past 3 years, and Im very happy with there service From day one, they have been incredibly professional, responsive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a comfortable living experience. Any issues that arose were promptly addressed, and the property was always well-maintained. The staff is friendly, approachable, and truly committed to providing top-notch service. From viewing the flat to moving out, they were always attentive and responsive, and made you feel like you weren’t just another tenant.<br><br>Particular shout out to Lina, Derek and Matthew who made the moving out process so smooth when I had to (v sadly) move out of my flat. They clearly explained everything I needed to do and made what could have been a stressful process feel completely hassle-free.<br><br>Would definitely recommend Porters to anyone looking for a professional and genuinely helpful estate agent!

Lettings agent started ghosting me for weeks after putting my offer in and the receptionist didn’t put me through to the office manager to complain discretely as she wanted the flat address then hung up on me so all in all an embarrassing experience for me from a St John’s Wood estate agency in my opinion.

Cancelled appointments and numerous excuses throughout, it’s ironic that they sell themselves as a more bespoke and individual service when actually I felt the complete opposite. Josh was our agent and I wouldn’t recommend.

James French and Tim Buckley were so helpful and always available to speak on the phone. Compared to other estate agents who pass you from pillar to post, James and Tim were amazing. If I ever move house again, I will only instruct Radstock

Lily explained the tenancy process clearly and sent over a list of the documents I would need in advance. It meant I could prepare everything before travelling instead of trying to sort it out after I landed.
