He was just fantastic throughout the entire process from arranging access for various inspections and surveys to keeping us up to date and providing realistic time frames throughout the entire sale. We were also grateful to his other colleagues at the Wimbledon Village office for always getting back to us when Kasper was unavailable and even dropping everything to give us access at short notice. From the very beginning, Anna, Suzie and the rest of the Rochford Stokes team were professional, friendly and genuinely helpful. They were always quick to respond, kept us informed, and made every stage of the tenancy feel easy and stress free.<br><br>What really stood out was how reliable and transparent they were. Whether it was moving in, handling day-to-day queries, or managing the check-out process, everything was organised, fair and dealt with promptly. At the end of the tenancy, the deposit return process was smooth and hassle-free, which was greatly appreciated.<br><br>It can be difficult to find a letting agency you can truly trust, but Rochford Stokes exceeded our expectations. If you're looking for an agency that is responsive, professional and genuinely cares about providing a great experience, we would highly recommend getting in touch with them.

She always provides fair advice on repair responsibilities and works hard to minimise unnecessary costs while ensuring the property is well maintained. Her proactive approach and excellent communication give me great peace of mind. I highly recommend her services.
17th May 2024 (2 years ago)I purchased my first flat through KFH. They were very efficient and responsive during this process, and guided me well. However, apart from these, my experience was not at all positive. It became evident very quickly that they were working solely for the benefit of the seller. Little to none was done to take into account what would work for me, both mortgage-wise, and in terms of discussing exchange/completion dates - it was always a matter of doing what the seller wanted. There were also a few events of miscommunication/incorrect information which resulted into me losing some money. I do acknowledge that they were dealing with a particularly demanding seller, but in my opinion, what makes a good agent (or rather a good employee in general), is their ability to deal with difficult, non-trivial situations. I would not recommend KFH as a buyer.

Outstanding Property Management and Sales Service<br>I have been with SeOUL Estate Agents for many years, managing our property in New Malden while I live in Australia. Their service throughout has been exceptional.<br>Ian and Chris Kim in Property Management have always been kind, responsive and extremely helpful. They managed not only the letting of the property but also repairs, maintenance and refurbishment, giving me complete peace of mind despite being overseas.<br>More recently, Mr Kim Yoon in Sales successfully handled the sale of our property. He worked tirelessly arranging viewings and was professional, experienced, courteous and excellent in communicating with us throughout. 8th Feb 2026 (6 mo. ago)I felt the agent had a lack of knowledge and understanding of our local area, and was too focused on metrics rather than seeing the advantages of our particular property over some of the other properties around us. I felt there was too much pressure being put on us to drop our asking price after only a few weeks in.

7th Nov 2022 (3 years ago)Worst experience ever. Please avoid Dexter if you can. 2 days at 15 degrees. 6 weeks back and forward with maitenance team. Gas leak in between. Boiler still not working. Bad management and worst professionalism and rude communication. Manager office said in writting: “if you don’t like you are welcomed to leave the property” in reference to not have warm water or heater. They only provided electric heater the first time at 15 degrees because we requested. Second time, second day at 15 degrees and still non-responsive.
