25th Sep 2024 (1 year ago)Overall, the feedback was when agent was chased for updates but didn’t find them very proactive. The agent didn’t sell the property despite being on the market for over a year, however other market factors were in place so it’s not all attributed to agent’s performance.

He was extremely professional and very helpful with accommodating his search to my preferences. Finally, he gave me incredibly useful advice about the lettings market that was eye opening. From the outset working with Seamus has been a very easy process - he intuitively understood our property & was extremely communicative & detailed re viewings & feedback & the handling of the post-offer admin has been exemplary. We had been looking with a lot of agents in the area and Elle was by far the best person we dealt with and really understood our search and requirements. Would highly recommend Elle and Winkworth!

23rd May 2026 (6 weeks ago)Unprofessional and untrustworthy. Avoid. They raised my rent by 25% and never acted on maintenance issues i would raise. Typical slum estate agents, dingy flats and dodgy fees.

They even gave me a lovely welcome gift, which felt extra thoughtful. Proactive, flexible, helpful and friendly. We happen to have the same last name, but no relation, I promise!

During the rental process, he was a wonderful bridge between us and the landlord, and we were able to complete the rental procedures quickly. Additionally, his communication style was always very polite and understanding. I would like to thank him here as well.

They have always been incredibly responsive, attentive, and supportive whenever we needed anything. Their communication is timely, clear, and genuinely caring, which makes a real difference. Sam, Joanna, and the team are very professional and disciplined in their work, and also genuinely warm and solution-oriented. Every interaction has been positive; they bring a sense of ease and trust that is rare to find. Thank you, Sam, Joanna and team, you are truly amazing!

James French and Tim Buckley were so helpful and always available to speak on the phone. Compared to other estate agents who pass you from pillar to post, James and Tim were amazing. If I ever move house again, I will only instruct Radstock

13th Jun 2026 (22 days ago)Very disappointing experience. Ruby called us on Wednesday to arrange a viewing for Saturday morning at 10am. We received an email with 2 attachments of the tenancy fees and how to rent guide, however no confirmation of the viewing or the full address of the property. We then followed up twice in the next 2 days, however we received no response.<br>As we both work, we specifically arranged this viewing before work and adjusted our plans to make it happen. We were about to give up and send an email to cancel the viewing as we did not receive any communication from the agency, however at 7am in the morning of the appointment we finally received a text confirming the viewing. We then travelled for almost an hour to meet the agent.<br>At 9:45am, just 15 minutes before the scheduled viewing, my partner received a call informing us that the viewing had been cancelled. By that point we were already walking down the street where the property is located.<br>The lack of communication and the extremely late cancellation showed a complete lack of consideration for our time. Had Ruby responded to our emails or informed us earlier that the viewing could not go ahead, we could have avoided wasting our entire morning before work.<br>Based on this experience I would not recommend dealing with this agency.
