Their services were value for money. They understood our objectives and style, were creative, were easy to reach. They have no rivals in the local SW6 market knowledge. I would recommend them to a friend.
25th Jul 2026 (30 days ago)We relocated from the US and handled the entire letting process with a 7 hour time difference. Chealsie and Charlotte were an amazing team to work with. They’re both very professional, friendly, responsive, and did an excellent job orchestrating everything from abroad. We had an urgent timeline and could easily have been an immensely stressful undertaking was made relatively easy thanks to working with these two.
18th Feb 2026 (6 mo. ago)I have just rented an apartment in London through the White Estates agency and I have been very happy with their level of service.<br><br>The apartment was exactly as depicted in the photos, no negative surprises. I wanted to make multiple inspections and they were always available with less than 24h notice in order to let me in.<br><br>Important note: they were the only ones managing the specific apartment. You couldn't find it in multiple (often misleading) websites.<br><br>They have taken care of all the minor adjustments I have asked for prior to my check -in and they went above and beyond with replacing used items with brand new ones (like the moquette in the bedroom), something I hadn't asked.<br><br>There were some minor things that needed fixing which I discovered only after I lived in the place for some days and the agency's response was always the same: fast and efficient.<br><br>They also assisted my with the transfer of the utility bills under my name and the necessary bureaucracy which can be a pain in London.<br><br>Special thanks to Stefania & Karl for making my move to London smooth and pleasant.<br><br>I definitely recommend White Estates to anyone looking to rent a house in London.<br><br>Athanasios Mougios

After contacting all of the bigger agencies it was Wilfords who really just blew us away at every touch point. Special shoutout to Henry who did absolutely everything he could to get us the house of our dreams, never messing a call or text. When you’re paying a lot for a nice property in an expensive city, you expect the letting service to be luxury too, and it’s the smaller agencies that seem to be the only ones to get it right.

Everything they did to help us sell our house was calm, considered and professional, giving us the result we needed.<br><br>Hani and Elizabeth spent time with us explaining their valuation. They knew the local market extremely well and had a detailed understanding of the other properties in the area. They gave us a balanced comparison of the strengths and weaknesses of the competing properties and provided sound advice on the right pricing strategy.<br><br>I'm very glad we chose Coombe Residential. I knew we had made the right decision as soon as I saw the high-quality photographs and marketing materials they produced for our home.<br><br>The team were completely reliable when conducting viewings, and all the prospective buyers they brought through seemed genuine. They were always punctual and consistently provided constructive feedback after each viewing.<br><br>Once they found the right buyer, they guided the legal process and all the other details skilfully, making sure everything stayed on track.<br><br>A big thank you to Hani, Elizabeth, Louise and the whole team at Coombe Residential. 13th Aug 2026 (11 days ago)Ivy & Stone seem like a lovely estate agent and I really like the properties they have available. My only feedback would be regarding the website, as I personally find it quite difficult to navigate and a little unclear in places. It can sometimes feel a bit all over the place when trying to find particular information. I think a slightly simpler and more organised layout would make such a difference and make the overall experience much easier for potential tenants/buyers. Just some friendly constructive feedback as everything else seems great :)

Her service is directed entirely towards accommodating the client's specific needs and circumstances, which could be complex. But her management knowledge and skills always find a solution - it is a quality of service we could only wish for nowadays. Would recommend her to anyone!

As a Landlord, they were willing to inspect, appraise and market 2 of my properties that were outside their core area of Fulham, and were still able to screen suitable applicants and sign them up to rent our properties quicker than any agent we have worked with over the last 22 years. From dealing with repairs at the property, to liaising with tenants, to ensuring all the checks are in place, the support from Grace and also Charlie IG were first class. They have collected rent on time and paid promptly into our accounts - and always with a sense of humour and incredible speed. Thank you Beaufort Green for an excellent service. We will only use you to sell or rent properties in London from now on.
