In doing so, I can ‘keep an eye’ to ensure that all of us are up to date with Willmotts’ notices and correspondence. My said relatives are currently living outside London and busy whilst I am resident, having enjoyed the good estate management service by Willmotts for years to date. After my tenant only remained in the property for five months, William managed to re-let my property within just one day and at a higher rental figure. That level of efficiency, professionalism, and market understanding is incredibly rare. What impressed me most was not just the speed, but the confidence and reassurance throughout the process. William remained proactive, communicative, and completely in control at every stage. In a market where many agents simply react, William genuinely leads from the front. It’s refreshing to work with someone who clearly takes pride in achieving the best outcome for their clients rather than simply going through the motions. His work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to deliver under pressure deserve real recognition. Most people in this situation would give up or not be bothered as it took so long but Kyra was always on the phone or available by text never an issue. Great employee. TA did not act on behalf of me but Kyra was great to deal with.
