Daniel Rees, the agent at Savilles, made the process of buying as smooth as it could be. He was a calm, thoughtful and easy to communicate with throughout the process. We would be happy to recommend using Savilles.
12th Mar 2026 (7 mo. ago)Savills were the letting agent for my property for about 6yrs after being bought by Area Estates. Savills do bare minimum with regards to repairs and maintenance. Camilla Kirby who recently left the company was lovely and made every effort to assist with the limited authority she had, sadly she was replaced by Rachel Bentley who is condescending, rude and quite frankly should not deal with the public in any capacity. Following a S21 notice due to selling before the new landlord rules come into affect in May, they attempted to charge £760 for removal of a fish tank from the loft of property despite it being in the property from the beginning of the tenancy and having no proof it wasn’t. She lied in a reference and stated that it couldn’t be changed as the director had approved it, and when I pressed her saying the reference was factually incorrect she stated “the DWP may be able to assist you with something in writing about your benefits”.

13th Oct 2025 (1 year ago)One of the best if not the best in town. I was renting a room for a professional. All my bills included in the price. If I ever had a issue and emailed, they always helped to fix the problem in good time and the one time I was caught slightly short on rent due to a stay in hospital they were very understanding and gave me no trouble. Couldn't recommend this agency more.

12th Oct 2026 (15 days ago)Agent was late to show me around a property, Emails not getting answers, I asked to ask the landlord to reduce rent payment or contract min term due to damp in the house but i was told this wasn't something the landlord wanted to do even though i seen on the site that the rent had already been dropped. Over all disappointing considering they have won awards i expected better maybe they are more for selling houses then renting.
11th Aug 2026 (11 weeks ago)Working professional here. I used MS during my time in Aber. Fantastic agency. The best in Town. They are quick and attentive to every problem. Problems are solved QUICK. I stayed in castle terrace. I Never met the landlord but they were brilliant with helping me with anything I needed via MS. The landlord had handymen on dial to fix any issue. Superb. Highly recommended this agency for anyone, especially professionals that want minimal grievance.
