Nothing is too much trouble for them and they helped and encouraged every step of the way in what proved to be quite a complex transaction with a difficult buyer. I cannot praise them highly enough - definitely recommended for anyone selling or buying.

9th Oct 2026 (18 days ago)Do not rent from Connells Taunton unless you want to be ignored and frustrated. I moved out over two months ago, and I am still waiting for my full deposit refund.<br>The property owner instructed the agency to release the full amount just three days after I moved out. Since then, I have been calling and emailing Connells constantly, but the vast majority of my messages are completely ignored. On the rare occasions I actually get a reply, nobody can explain why it is taking so long.<br>Their website claims refunds take 5–7 business days (which has been my experience with every other agency I’ve used), but the reality here is completely different. I understand that finding a home right now is difficult and avoiding certain agencies is tough, but please save yourself the stress and avoid Connells Taunton if you can.<br>They ignored the landlord, they ignored my emails for two months, and they just ignored a formal TDS warning deadline.

26th Jun 2025 (1 year ago)As Palmer Snell is part of a larger network, they had to deal with a central office which delayed thing at times. All the people, i dealt with were very pleasant and helpful. I was a little disappointed with the photography as all the staging was left to me and nothing was arranged to make it look better.
