17th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)As a healthcare professional moving to the Scottish Borders to support the local community, I expected a basic level of professionalism from Edwin Thompson. Instead, they completely wasted our family's time. We were asked to submit a detailed application form with sensitive personal details on 2nd September just to secure a property viewing. After taking our data, they went completely silent. I followed up via email on 9th September asking for an update, but received absolutely no response from Molly. It is entirely unprofessional to harvest personal data from busy professionals relocating to the area and then completely ignore them.

She is friendly, helpful and kept in touch throughout the whole process.<br><br>We only had to make one phone call, viewed one property and we moved in within a couple of weeks! Laura made everything feel straightforward and stress-free.<br><br>We couldn’t be happier with the service we received and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a property in the area.
