12th Mar 2026 (7 mo. ago)Savills were the letting agent for my property for about 6yrs after being bought by Area Estates. Savills do bare minimum with regards to repairs and maintenance. Camilla Kirby who recently left the company was lovely and made every effort to assist with the limited authority she had, sadly she was replaced by Rachel Bentley who is condescending, rude and quite frankly should not deal with the public in any capacity. Following a S21 notice due to selling before the new landlord rules come into affect in May, they attempted to charge £760 for removal of a fish tank from the loft of property despite it being in the property from the beginning of the tenancy and having no proof it wasn’t. She lied in a reference and stated that it couldn’t be changed as the director had approved it, and when I pressed her saying the reference was factually incorrect she stated “the DWP may be able to assist you with something in writing about your benefits”.

I have to say that every part of the experience has been first-class, from the initial visit to the photography, the description, and the communication, most of all, which is the area in which most estate agents lack.<br><br>Feedback was always provided promptly and without fail, and we genuinely felt that everyone in the office was working in our best interest. This is not something you often hear about estate agents, but if you're thinking about selling through Nick Tart, I give you my word that they are the best I've come across.<br><br>By the way, I'm an ex-estate agent myself, and I've been in the property business for 20 years, so I think I might know what I'm talking about.

With the new legislation this year they have been exceptionally supportive in ensuring we have been kept up to date with all changes. Sophie & Erika are quick to respond to any questions we may have and have always been a pleasure to work with.

Had great support from them, but particular thanks to Alex Bebb who responded to the initial enquiry very quickly by phone and then arranged a date to do the valuation visit that fitted in with my work schedule. His visit was friendly and professional, and the valuation was provided in writing the next day! One happy customer. I will happily recommend Hollan Broadbridge to my friends and family.

When we finally decided to sell Dawn Clarke, Lettings & Property Managing Director at Nock Deighton introduced us to the Landlord to Landlord sales platform, and guided us through to a successful sale. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Nock Deighton Lettings Telford as the ‘go to’ Agent.

23rd Feb 2021 (5 years ago)We moved house between the lockdowns in September 2020. It all went through within a couple of months and would probably not have happened without the skills of Annabel Fearnall and her colleagues at Barbers Rural. We made enquiries from several agencies including well-known nationally-recognised firms, but Barbers Rural was by far the best with their intimate knowledge of the locality. There was really no contest and the result of the sale is testimony to that. Also, theirs was by far the most reasonable cost. We have nothing but praise for and thanks to the firm for their professional standards and for the manner in which they prepared our house for the potential limited number of purchasers. We were always confident that Annabel was on top of the situation and was working in our best interests. We can thoroughly recommend Barbers Rural - we couldn't have done better.

8th Oct 2026 (19 days ago)Barker Healey have been amazing throughout the period that I have been with them but unsuccessful in finding me a buyer despite throwing everything at promoting my property. The current UK financial climate has and is still playing a big part in the reduction of potential buyers. However this estate agent continues to remain positive and always looks for innovative alternatives rather than taking the easy route of suggesting that clients reduce their price - in fact quite the opposite!!<br>I have no hesitation in recommending them. If it wasn’t for the fact that I need to sell quickly to secure my dream home I would definitely ride this current volatile market with them.- 16th Oct 2026 (11 days ago)Emily is extremely efficient, friendly and helpful.
