2nd Jul 2026 (3 days ago)This is the second time I have used Go View London. Seven years ago I bought through them and they were brilliant. This time I sold through them and they were equally as fantastic. Their sales team are engaging, responsive, well-informed and courteous. Their focused marketing of my property paid off and buyers were found quickly and with only three viewings. Progression of sale is handled by the wonderful Helyn. She has a tricky job negotiating with buyers, sellers, solicitors and estate agents (the one I bought my new home through was not such a happy story). Helyn is calm, diplomatic, quick to respond and always cheerful! There is a new Sales Manager heading up the Ealing office, Ross Cameron. He leads a great team, professional and friendly. I hope I won't be moving again for some time but if I have to, there will be no hesitation in my choice. Thank you, Go View London!
11th Jun 2026 (24 days ago)Wished to get some advice regarding land and principle property titles and was put in contact with Lucy Glanvill. Got generic advice and asked me to put it in writing, which I did. 1st email gets lost, follow up email I get the same generic response we discussed and my last email has gone unanswered. 3 months later I was none the wiser. I phoned Strutt & Parker's rural team and got a knowledgeable answer over the phone in 15mins. I've used Savills in Kent to sell a rural business and was impressed, but my first experience of the Exeter office is lacking and know where to go when the time comes!<br><br>Since posting this review I received a kind phone call apologising for this. I revised my rating from 2 to 4 stars as trying to put things right is rare these days than it used to be.

Allways there, always communicating, having a vast knowledge of the area, building a deep trusting relationship from the start. I can't thank her enough. Many thanks of course also to Helen Thomas managing excellently all of our viewings.

They worked tirelessly in a difficult market to secure two sales of my property, with the sales only falling through due to totally unforeseen circumstances. They advice and thoughtfulness have been invaluable and made what is a stressful process, far more tolerable. Friendly, incredibly responsive and always looking for new ways to market and sell, they have been nothing short of first class and I would unfailingly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their home.

I have spoken with every member of staff at the Paignton office during the last few months and every single one of them, I felt gave truly great customer service. Thank you to all of you for your time and continued support throughout the process, you always responded quickly and efficiently and were enormously helpful and friendly- great team!

From the very first viewing, Zoe was really helpful and knowledgeable about the property as well as the local area, as we were locating, and the whole process went very smoothly. 4th Jun 2026 (4 weeks ago)Peggs found one viewer for my home in the 14 weeks I was under contract. They only contacted me once in that time after about 6 weeks, to persuade me to drop the price. I never once received any properties from them, being marketed to me for my new requirements, and so it led me to wonder if they relied solely upon RightMove etc for leads. The original proposed price was their suggestion, not mine. Yes, the market has been largely flat for period apartments like mine, but there was nothing that gave confidence in their marketing and this included the very young inappropriately dressed person they sent to accompany my only viewing. It us difficult to recommend Peggs although the lady lister who initially came to my home was pleasant, knowledgeable and gave me hope. I wrongly assumed she might be managing everything to do with getting interest in my home. I don't how some of the questions as the opportunity to test out knowledge and value did not arise.

26th Jun 2026 (9 days ago)I cannot thank Jon and Natasha enough for the effort that they put into selling my house. From the off, I felt at ease. Jon set everything in motion quickly and I was updated at every step. This continued through the viewing process and once the sale was agreed, it was comforting to know that Natasha was on hand to answer any queries at any point, a reassuring presence. Having had some negative experiences when selling in the past I was initially apprehensive about going through the process. However, this was totally not necessary with Jon and Natasha and I could not have been in better hands.
