Nick and Jane and their team were excellent, communicating at all points, constantly on top of events, making sure that all parties in our chain of 5 (!) properties worked at speed and together. We’ve moved a number of times, but this is the best experience we have had with estate agents. I have no hesitation in recommending the Savills Exeter team.

Mandi in particular has been easy to deal with, keeping me advised as to progress through to completion. Would happily recommend this estate agent to handle a sale/purchase.

It made life so much easier knowing it was in the hands of an estate agent who cares. Can't believe how quickly the property sold and how smoothly everything went.
12th Jul 2026 (6 weeks ago)A number of people had told me that Boyce Brixham were the worst estate agents in the town. I didn't believe it until I experienced it myself. The after sales experience is awful. Once exchange of contracts had taken place they could not have helped any less. They have a limit of 5 visits to the property between the offer being accepted and completion. As this took a total of 5 months this was not helpful. We also had to clear the property of furniture and they would not allow us access to dispose of it ahead of completion despite promises. I suggest using someone else.

20th Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)As Executor, I have recently had to sell my Late Mother's home (my childhood home). We asked more than one Estate Agent to view the property before deciding on Stags. The reason for our choice was, in large part, because, on Luke's first visit, he had clearly researched the property in advance, and then gave both a quantitative and qualitative basis for his recommended asking price.<br>Throughout the sale process, Luke and his colleagues were very supportive. They kept me informed of progress, liaised with my conveyancer and were responsive and helpful whenever I had any questions.

In our case, selling my Aunty's bungalow at auction. You made a complicated scenario happen with a great outcome. You worked extremely hard throughout, always professional but not forgetting the needs and wants of the seller, being very friendly, always positive and most helpful every step of the way.<br>Would most certainly engage with you again.

Her deep market knowledge gave us total confidence, and she made sure we were kept in the loop at every single step. Harriet managed to secure an excellent price for us, but more than that, she made the entire process feel completely seamless and stress-free. We truly couldn't have asked for a better person to guide us through this. We highly recommend Harriet and the team!

He has calmly explained the process, given us advice and guidance along the way.<br><br>Moving home can be so stressful, and when things have felt difficult Greg has been a listening ear, providing reassurance and support, even when the issues dont directly relate to our sale.
