11th Jun 2026 (24 days ago)Wished to get some advice regarding land and principle property titles and was put in contact with Lucy Glanvill. Got generic advice and asked me to put it in writing, which I did. 1st email gets lost, follow up email I get the same generic response we discussed and my last email has gone unanswered. 3 months later I was none the wiser. I phoned Strutt & Parker's rural team and got a knowledgeable answer over the phone in 15mins. I've used Savills in Kent to sell a rural business and was impressed, but my first experience of the Exeter office is lacking and know where to go when the time comes!<br><br>Since posting this review I received a kind phone call apologising for this. I revised my rating from 2 to 4 stars as trying to put things right is rare these days than it used to be.

She was incredibly helpful from start to finish, helping us secure the purchase and supporting us all the way through the conveyancing process as well. Emily was always responsive, professional, and reassuring, which made what can often be a stressful experience so much smoother. We would definitely recommend both Emily and Stags to anyone looking to buy a property.

The team was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. Their communication was excellent, keeping me informed every step of the way and making everything feel smooth and stress-free. They clearly have a strong understanding of the local market and went above and beyond to ensure the best possible outcome. I truly appreciated their attention to detail and dedication to client satisfaction.
9th Sep 2025 (9 mo. ago)While the sales patterns convincing, the experience was incredibly disappointing. The main issue was the lack of feedback after viewings. Perhaps others have had a better experience than myself, and I wish the branch well, but I won’t be using them again.

11th Apr 2026 (12 weeks ago)I would highly recommend. It took an absolute age for our sale to go through due to the constant questions, nit picking and foot dragging by our buyers solicitor. Liz Kevern kept us on an even keel throughout when there were times when we felt like throwing the towel in. Her sensible advice and local knowledge were invaluable. She stayed connected throughout the whole process and was very approachable. Thanks to the sales staff's efforts also. Ours was not an easy property to sell but Claire finally managed it. Must not forget the admin staff either. Our thanks to all.

Communication was consistently excellent and I particularly appreciated the prompt feedback after each viewing. This information is surely of great interest to every vendor but my previous experience of other agents has sometimes shown an unacceptable tardiness in passing on this information. James and Stef managed to combine an appropriately personal touch with great professionalism so that I felt well cared for and absolutely confident that they had my best interests at heart throughout. So thank you both - you're doing a great job and I wish you a bright and prosperous future.

The initial enquiry, right through to viewing, applying and moving in felt seamless. The communication, handy online platform and the process for all the forms felt, dare I say, relaxing, which really made the prospect of a big house move less daunting. Particular thanks to the incredible Nettie. Being our contact for the whole process was such a blessing. She was warm, professional, and so helpful, and it made all the difference having her on the day of the move to hand over keys and share her best wishes. I don't think I have ever worked with an estate agent who felt like they really cared. Thank you so much, Nettie!!
