19th Oct 2026 (8 days ago)We had a great experience selling our house through Savills. In a tough market, our estate agent, Nick was persistent and ensured we had people through the door for viewings. He was professional, courteous, and kept us well informed throughout the process. I would highly recommend both him and Savills to anybody thinking of selling their house.
26th Aug 2025 (1 year ago)A good job well done.
1st Oct 2026 (26 days ago)We were very fortunate to have Dean at Stags selling our house for us. During what turned out to be a tricky, drawn out sale Dean was constantly in touch, keeping us up to date and being very supportive. His advice was always helpful, although never forced on us, and this resulted eventually in a successful sale.
We don't intend moving again but, if we change our minds, we'll definitely go to back to Stags.
23rd Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)We recently sold a unique holiday home in Cornwall with Jackson Stops. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better estate agent than Dan. He went above and beyond for us, was persistent when he needed to be and kept everything moving and on track. He was always approachable, patient, reassuring and honest. No matter what cropped up, he was always at the end of the phone and made the whole process feel sooo much easier.

By the end of it Dan felt more like a friend than our estate agent! We’re so grateful for all the help and support he gave us throughout. Couldn’t recommend Dan and Jackson Stops enough. Thank you for everything Dan ??????
9th Sep 2025 (1 year ago)While the sales patterns convincing, the experience was incredibly disappointing. The main issue was the lack of feedback after viewings. Perhaps others have had a better experience than myself, and I wish the branch well, but I won’t be using them again.
7th Oct 2024 (2 years ago)Sold in a short time after being on the market for months
29th Sep 2026 (28 days ago)Mathers handled the sale of my parent's property in Porthleven. The service was exceptional from start to finish. A friendly, professional and proactive approach with great communication. Their valuation of the property for marketing was spot on and Donna really looked after me and the various interested parties. A successful sale.
13th Aug 2026 (11 weeks ago)Fantastic service. Would highly recommend. Darren’s support was exceptional.
20th Aug 2024 (2 years ago)Just always polite and knowledgeable
8th Oct 2024 (2 years ago)Couldn't of had a better experience with Pholip Martin selling my 2 properties over the years. New recruit Benji Harvey was so helpful , Informative and charming whilst showing 2 properties to a friend. What a great recruit A real Local independant company ????
30th Sep 2026 (27 days ago)Lyndsey and Millie were incredibly helpful through the entire rental process! The house we moved into was impeccably clean and tidy. Couldn't recommend more
11th Apr 2026 (6 mo. ago)I would highly recommend. It took an absolute age for our sale to go through due to the constant questions, nit picking and foot dragging by our buyers solicitor. Liz Kevern kept us on an even keel throughout when there were times when we felt like throwing the towel in. Her sensible advice and local knowledge were invaluable. She stayed connected throughout the whole process and was very approachable. Thanks to the sales staff's efforts also. Ours was not an easy property to sell but Claire finally managed it. Must not forget the admin staff either. Our thanks to all.
9th Oct 2026 (18 days ago)Fran was a huge help with our property purchase. Always at the end of the phone and happy to answer many silly questions! I would not hesitate to recommend them for a sale or purchase. It’s great to have the knowledge of a small local team.
14th Oct 2026 (13 days ago)Excellent service and I can't thank them enough for helping me deal with the sale of an inherited rental property. I would recommend them for both sales and rental.
18th Oct 2026 (9 days ago)Map were fantastic from start to finish, passionate about selling our property, excellent commuication. Tracy was amazing and went above any beyond, would highly recommend.
23rd Apr 2024 (2 years ago)Kean and Parker are very good. Can't say more until we've gone further.
10th Apr 2026 (6 mo. ago)Really happy
17th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)We bought our property through Celtic Estate Agents and had a great experience. They were really helpful, knowledgeable and kept us updated throughout. They managed to get everything completed in just 5 weeks. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking at buying or selling their home.

24th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)We have been working with Will and the team for many years now and have always found them extremely knowledgeable and professional and would recommend them to anybody considering renting out a property.- 9th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)Although Savills were the sellers' agents, I found that they made quite a difficult process much easier for me, the buyer. Will was exceptional in the way he kept me constantly informed of what was going on between agents and solicitors. I felt I could contact him for updates all the way though. A very friendly, caring and capable young man . I would thoroughly recommend Savills, Truro if you are thinking of selling and want excellent service. Thank you Will .

16th Oct 2026 (11 days ago)Rob has been absolutely amazing throughout the whole process. The photos and video were brilliant and really showcased our property beautifully. He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. We couldn’t have asked for better service and would highly recommend Rob to anyone looking to sell their property.
11th Jun 2024 (2 years ago)The service I received from James and Stef was first class from start to finish and I can't recommend them highly enough. Communication was consistently excellent and I particularly appreciated the prompt feedback after each viewing. This information is surely of great interest to every vendor but my previous experience of other agents has sometimes shown an unacceptable tardiness in passing on this information. James and Stef managed to combine an appropriately personal touch with great professionalism so that I felt well cared for and absolutely confident that they had my best interests at heart throughout. So thank you both - you're doing a great job and I wish you a bright and prosperous future.
14th Oct 2026 (13 days ago)Myself and my partner were shown around a property by the amazing Claire at Smart Property. Claire was knowledgeable, friendly and has made our experience of looking for our first property extremely special. Claire is a true asset to Smart and we were very grateful for her time and attention.
