1st Jul 2026 (8 weeks ago)Nick Jane and Emma Dark managed our sale. Savills’ fee was very competitive. Nick and Jane and their team were excellent, communicating at all points, constantly on top of events, making sure that all parties in our chain of 5 (!) properties worked at speed and together. We’ve moved a number of times, but this is the best experience we have had with estate agents. I have no hesitation in recommending the Savills Exeter team.

10th Aug 2026 (14 days ago)We have recently moved into a property purchased through Jackson Stops Truro. Charley McCowen was looking after us, and she did, every step of the way. She was clear and thorough, in answering all of our questions, and during the purchase process she was always super-responsive when we were wanting to know what was happening. So much so, I would say that without Charley's tenacity and commitment, when it came to finally exchanging contracts, I am really not sure we would have got it over the line without her. She was a joy to deal with, and now we are super happy in our new home!!

10th Aug 2026 (14 days ago)I sold an inherited property in Goldsithney through Mathers which completed this week. I dealt with Trafford who was hepful, courteous and professional throughout. This firm clearly knows the area well and is highly recommended.

Millie was brilliant throughout the entire process, she was professional, friendly, and always on hand to answer any questions. She made everything very easy and completely stress-free, keeping us informed every step of the way. We couldn’t have asked for better service. 11th Apr 2026 (19 weeks ago)I would highly recommend. It took an absolute age for our sale to go through due to the constant questions, nit picking and foot dragging by our buyers solicitor. Liz Kevern kept us on an even keel throughout when there were times when we felt like throwing the towel in. Her sensible advice and local knowledge were invaluable. She stayed connected throughout the whole process and was very approachable. Thanks to the sales staff's efforts also. Ours was not an easy property to sell but Claire finally managed it. Must not forget the admin staff either. Our thanks to all.

After spending 10k on searches, survays and other fees trying to buy a property though russel only to find out the property isn't even mortgageable. I know this is a buyers risk and nothing can be clear until searches and survays are back unfortunately but what a terrible experience. Awful attitude throughout, zero compassion for us what so ever. Worst estate agent ive ever had the displeasure or dealing with in my life. Very abrupt with us throughout, honestly the most stressful months of my life dealing with this, i would avoid at all cost. Save your money and your sanity. I edited this review as he has emailed me 3 days in a row to take the review down , so just shows he doesn't want you to leave your honest review and will message you daily to try take it off.

Avoid dealing with them and their terrible properties at all costs.<br><br>--Further to your response.<br>Firstly, who is Darren? And secondly, thank you for further demonstrating to everyone your childish and petulant behaviour. I was a guarantor for my daughter who had the misfortune of dealing with your office. I am a member of the NRLA and I can promise you that I will never be stepping inside your office.

Their professionalism, communication, and commitment were far superior to any other agents we have previously worked with.<br><br>Jenni, in particular, was outstanding. She remained proactive at every stage, regularly liaising with solicitors and other agents in the chain to ensure progress. Her communication was exemplary, and she consistently kept us informed during what was a very challenging and stressful process.<br><br>Despite my frequent calls and questions, I was never made to feel like an inconvenience. The support we received from Jenni, and anyone else we spoke to, was excellent from start to finish.<br><br>I would highly recommend MAP Estate Agents.

I wouldn't be able to do it without them, every request is dealt with right away. 11th Jun 2024 (2 years ago)The service I received from James and Stef was first class from start to finish and I can't recommend them highly enough. Communication was consistently excellent and I particularly appreciated the prompt feedback after each viewing. This information is surely of great interest to every vendor but my previous experience of other agents has sometimes shown an unacceptable tardiness in passing on this information. James and Stef managed to combine an appropriately personal touch with great professionalism so that I felt well cared for and absolutely confident that they had my best interests at heart throughout. So thank you both - you're doing a great job and I wish you a bright and prosperous future.
