She kept us updated throughout the whole process, was always quick to answer any questions and made what can be a stressful experience feel so much easier.<br><br>Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and it was clear she genuinely cared about helping us get everything over the line. Her communication was excellent and we always felt like we were in safe hands.<br><br>If you’re buying or selling a property, I couldn’t recommend Abbie highly enough. Neena was very helpful in arranging the times when we could do a viewing to suit us, and allowed time to look around at our own pace. She was extremely professional, polite and friendly throughout, answering questions and queries without pushing or putting us under pressure. After a second viewing, we decided that the property was not going to be right for us, but that was nothing to do with the experience with Stamfords. I would not hesitate to recommend them and would be very happy to use them again.

I have used them since 2016—initially for rental and later for the sale of my property—and every department has been outstanding.<br><br>When we first rented the property, Tony was brilliant—thoroughly professional and superb at finding us wonderful tenants.<br><br>Later, when moving to the sales department, that same high standard continued.Both the rental and sales teams have been consistently professional, friendly, and efficient. Their communication has been top-tier; they always kept me fully informed and handled key management, handovers, and complete confidentiality with absolute trustworthiness. Even during a challenging market, they were truly on it and delivered results.<br><br>A special and heartfelt thank you goes to Monika, along with Margaret and Robin in the Sales team, who were fantastic. Monika went above and beyond on multiple occasions. Since I wasn't based in London, her assistance and dedication has been invaluable. She was always highly professional, patient and polite, as well as prompt in replying to correspondence. While every single member of the team has been incredible, Monika has been truly exceptional, and I cannot recommend her and the agency highly enough.<br><br>At one point I briefly contracted another local agent whose service proved unreliable—I received endless reports of viewings that amounted to nothing, all talk and no action. In contrast, Doyles provided fewer but more realistic reports of viewings, that brought genuine interest, questions, and real offers. I quickly dropped the other agent and kept Doyles as a sole agent, and they got the job done.<br><br>Thank you Doyles!

From the first time they came to visit the property, to their amazing advice on pricing and marketing, the organisation of the viewings and their selection of buyers, the experience has been fantastic. They managed to sell the property very quickly in the best condition possible. I highly recommend them!

Jakub set the foundation early on with sound advice and a structured approach to marketing the property. When Sujana joined the process, the efficiency only grew—they kept viewing standards high, delivered prompt feedback after potential buyers visited, and systematically chased solicitors and buyers to prevent delays. What stood out most was their responsiveness and accountability. I never had to ask twice for an update, and every challenge in the transaction was met with a clear, practical solution. They are hardworking, skilled, and incredibly thorough. 10th Aug 2026 (14 days ago)I had an appalling experience with this company. I arranged a house viewing which required me to travel for 3hrs+ there and back. 10 minutes before the viewing I texted the agent (Ahmad Wain) to double check I was in the right place. He immediately viewed it but offered no response. He was then 5 minutes late at which point I called him and he didn’t answer. I then had to call the office at which I was told the viewing had been cancelled, which I obviously I hadn’t been informed about . This was 30 minutes after the viewing was supposed to have started. It was a complete waste of my time and was immensely inconsiderate.<br>The next day I reached out to the agent to say I was dismayed at the events but I was still interested in the property. He never responded.<br>Then 3 weeks later the company had the audacity to reach out again to see if I was still interested in renting.<br><br>I am appalled at this company’s behaviour, they clearly have very little consideration for their customers. Being a real estate agent is a painfully simple job and to be this incompetent is astounding. I would strongly advise against any students or young people using this company.

Never dealt with them or had any interaction with them. Don’t know how they got our email address. There is no option to unsubscribe. Horrible.

Throughout the process, Abraham and Adam remained proactive, supportive and reassuring. They maintained regular communication, kept us updated at every stage, and worked tirelessly with all parties involved to help overcome the challenges and keep the transaction moving forward.<br><br>Their commitment, persistence and genuine care for their clients made a real difference. 24th Jul 2026 (4 weeks ago)I had a very disappointing experience with this company.<br><br>I viewed a property that I genuinely liked and told them on the same day that I wanted to move forward. Throughout the process, Sachin gave the impression that the property was effectively available and that my deposit would be accepted.<br><br>After that, I heard absolutely nothing. There was no update, no courtesy call, and not even a message to say the property had been agreed with someone else. I was simply left waiting.<br><br>The lack of communication and professionalism was extremely frustrating. If circumstances change, that’s understandable, but keeping potential tenants informed is the bare minimum.<br><br>Based on my experience, this company has a lot to improve when it comes to customer service and communication.

7th Aug 2026 (17 days ago)I have consistently had bad experiences looking for a flat through Foxtons in both Ealing and Guildford. This goes to show it is the mentality of the agency, rather than just a branch problem. Essentially, the lettings team will not admit that flats advertised are no longer available, and will offer to show you suitable flats based on your criteria. On most occasions, nearly all the flats did not meet my requirements (furtnished when I need unfurtnished, available after my move in date, etc). This is just a waste of time, which in the end may push some applicants to accept a flat out of need. It would be far better to admit there is nothing suitable right now, and let you pursue other agencies. Agents hunt commision and do not really care for their applicants and tenants. On the last occasion I was looking for a flat, the letting agent was talking about how obstructive tenants are these days, by not allowing unlimited access to flats for the new applicants. That should have been a warning sign.
