15th Jun 2026 (22 days ago)? Avoid — recurring leak left unresolved for months<br><br>We are a landlord whose flat sits below a property managed by this agent. Water has repeatedly leaked from the flat above into ours, damaging our ceiling and floor — most recently right after we completed a full refurbishment.<br><br>This has been reported on numerous occasions. Each time we were told it was fixed, and each time the leak returned, which tells us it has never been properly repaired. We are also concerned about the living conditions of the tenants in the flat above.<br><br>Our dealings with Jebin Raja on this matter have been disappointing — reports have not led to a lasting fix, and the lack of follow-through has been frustrating to deal with. We have now escalated to the Property Ombudsman and the local council.<br><br>If you’re considering this agent, we’d urge caution based on our experience.

Never dealt with them or had any interaction with them. Don’t know how they got our email address. There is no option to unsubscribe. Horrible.

In the starting they took care of everything but when they rented out the property they don't even bother about the problem which tenants are facing in the property. Not going to recommend at all. They also deduct our deposit without giving us a single proof. And they refund our rest of the deposit after 2 months and long arguments. The service for entire year was awful.
2nd Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by this letting agency. Rent payments are consistently delayed, causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience. In addition, various charges have been applied without adequate explanation or transparency, leaving me feeling that fees are being imposed arbitrarily. Communication has also been very poor. Emails and queries often go unanswered, and it is difficult to obtain clear information regarding payments, charges, or the management of my property. As a landlord, I expect professionalism, transparency, and timely communication, none of which have been consistently demonstrated. Unfortunately, my experience has been frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend this agency to other landlords seeking reliable property management services.

9th Jun 2026 (28 days ago)5 starts purely for Kyra Naomi, we ended up enduring a 9month sale that was not straight forward and Kyra was attentive the entire time. Most people in this situation would give up or not be bothered as it took so long but Kyra was always on the phone or available by text never an issue. Great employee. TA did not act on behalf of me but Kyra was great to deal with.

We called Perkins Estate Agents and Hassan answered the phone and booked our viewing.<br><br>From that point onwards, we experienced a level of professionalism, care and attention which almost made us forget that Hassan was representing the seller! Mine was a complex situation with the move but I had so much support from Matthew.<br>He worked so hard to ensure the sale of my house and purchase of my flat went as smoothly as possible.<br>He was really easy to reach and I was kept up to date throughout.<br>I would strongly recommend them, especially as my house sold straight away, and for the asking price!<br>I honestly can’t thank them enough.
