They kept us updated regularly and followed up on everything until the sale was completed.<br><br>Brook, Richard and Evan were highly professional throughout the entire process. Evan and Richard handled a very complicated issue during the sale with professionalism and expertise, making a stressful situation much easier to manage.<br><br>We bought and sold our house through Barnard and Marcus, and on both occasions their service was excellent. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

Despite a last-minute booking and a delay on my arrival, he patiently waited and ensured we had plenty of time to view the property without feeling rushed. He answered all our questions clearly and has kept me well updated since. I also spoke with Scott in Liam’s absence, who was equally friendly, helpful, and efficient in addressing my queries. I’m pleased to say my offer has been accepted, and while there are still steps ahead, everything has gone smoothly s o far. I would happily recommend Connells based on my experience.

15th Jun 2026 (20 days ago)? Avoid — recurring leak left unresolved for months<br><br>We are a landlord whose flat sits below a property managed by this agent. Water has repeatedly leaked from the flat above into ours, damaging our ceiling and floor — most recently right after we completed a full refurbishment.<br><br>This has been reported on numerous occasions. Each time we were told it was fixed, and each time the leak returned, which tells us it has never been properly repaired. We are also concerned about the living conditions of the tenants in the flat above.<br><br>Our dealings with Jebin Raja on this matter have been disappointing — reports have not led to a lasting fix, and the lack of follow-through has been frustrating to deal with. We have now escalated to the Property Ombudsman and the local council.<br><br>If you’re considering this agent, we’d urge caution based on our experience.

Never dealt with them or had any interaction with them. Don’t know how they got our email address. There is no option to unsubscribe. Horrible.
2nd Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by this letting agency. Rent payments are consistently delayed, causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience. In addition, various charges have been applied without adequate explanation or transparency, leaving me feeling that fees are being imposed arbitrarily. Communication has also been very poor. Emails and queries often go unanswered, and it is difficult to obtain clear information regarding payments, charges, or the management of my property. As a landlord, I expect professionalism, transparency, and timely communication, none of which have been consistently demonstrated. Unfortunately, my experience has been frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend this agency to other landlords seeking reliable property management services.

We called Perkins Estate Agents and Hassan answered the phone and booked our viewing.<br><br>From that point onwards, we experienced a level of professionalism, care and attention which almost made us forget that Hassan was representing the seller!
