He wasn't pushy at all, just genuinely helpful, and when we finally found the right place he stayed on top of everything and walked us through all the bits that usually get confusing. 23rd Jul 2026 (4 weeks ago)Made an enquiry for a 4 bed, called me many times but when telling them I’m self employed despite being more than capable of affording this they spoke to manager and made excuses saying landlord is fussy so I can’t proceed with viewing. If you are going to discriminate put clear requirements on the listing and don’t waste peoples times, or qualify and ask for larger deposits, bank statements etc instead of making excuses and wasting my time.

Never dealt with them or had any interaction with them. Don’t know how they got our email address. There is no option to unsubscribe. Horrible.
24th Jul 2026 (30 days ago)I had a very disappointing experience with this company.<br><br>I viewed a property that I genuinely liked and told them on the same day that I wanted to move forward. Throughout the process, Sachin gave the impression that the property was effectively available and that my deposit would be accepted.<br><br>After that, I heard absolutely nothing. There was no update, no courtesy call, and not even a message to say the property had been agreed with someone else. I was simply left waiting.<br><br>The lack of communication and professionalism was extremely frustrating. If circumstances change, that’s understandable, but keeping potential tenants informed is the bare minimum.<br><br>Based on my experience, this company has a lot to improve when it comes to customer service and communication.
18th Aug 2026 (5 days ago)I think it depends what partnership you have, I one I had the sales pitch was great but the communication throughout once I signed up with them was terrible, at one point t after I chased and chased for feedback after 1 week after a viewing they told me I had an offer, yes it was very low, but I was never told.

Picked up keys today and very happy with the purchase for the price I got it for - would 100% use them again for another purchase as they have a lot of good deals if you are looking to buy tenanted property.
