She went above and beyond was so quick to answer questions and sorted things out so fast ! Daniell was also brilliant!! Matthew Craft was simply excellent to work with and ably supported by the Frost team in GX. We were kept fully informed at all times despite time zone challenges etc. Matthew is simply one of the best professionals we have ever worked with - and we have bought and sold many properties in several countries. We would highly recommend him to anyone and are most grateful for all his work with us.

She is polite, professional in her communications, and knowledgeable. She gave me full confidence that my property was looked after and meet all the regulatory requirements. 2nd Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)I recently let my 2 bedroom property through Andrews Residential and I can honestly say that the whole experience from start to finish was seamless.. The admin team - Georgia and Manveer - sent out relevant documents at the appropriare time and were always on hand to answer any queries. My lettings agent was Melroy and he was a delight to work with. He made what could have been a very stressful process a very calm and stress free experience He answered my emails promptly and kept me updated throughout every step of the process. What impressed me most about Melroy was his professionalism and also the fact that if he wasn't 100% sure about the answers to my queries he would speak to an expert and get back to me quickly. I was very impressed with Andrews Residential. My property was rented in no time. I would highly recommend this agency

Lucy and Kelly have been outstanding and we cannot thank them enough! Our process had nothing but complications after complications unfortunately and we can happily say that Gibbs Gillespie were the least stressful part!<br>Kelly and Lucy were reassuring, steadfast, positive, friendly, great with communication between all parties, gave regular updates via email/phonecall at the end of the day and were there for us every step of the way. Henne in particular deserves a mention - she really helped when our chain was dragging by communicating up and down the line and keeping us informed every step. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
