They were readily available to talk to and responded to messages and calls very promptly. They were very knowledgeable on all aspects of the process and made us feel reassured whenever something unexpected cropped up.<br>We would absolutely have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone whether buying or selling a property.

23rd Jul 2026 (4 weeks ago)Made an enquiry for a 4 bed, called me many times but when telling them I’m self employed despite being more than capable of affording this they spoke to manager and made excuses saying landlord is fussy so I can’t proceed with viewing. If you are going to discriminate put clear requirements on the listing and don’t waste peoples times, or qualify and ask for larger deposits, bank statements etc instead of making excuses and wasting my time.

Her attitude, politeness in giving quick response, and ability to give solutions to every enquiry made the whole process so smooth. However Duncan has been a great help over the last two weeks. From the communication, always responding and keeping us updated on the property, to the efficiency on which he got us a viewing, sent the contracts to sign and handled all the logistics.<br><br>Would definitely contact both Duncan Hastings Estate if I ever need to move again, and I would highly recommend others to do the same

It wasn't always an easy process, and there were many obstacles along the way, but they went above and beyond to support both my family and me, as well as the buyers.<br><br>Their advice, professionalism, and dedication were second to none. They kept us informed, reassured us whenever challenges arose, and made what could have been a very stressful experience much more manageable. I can't thank them enough for everything they did, and I would highly recommend Trend & Thomas to anyone looking for an estate agent that genuinely cares about their clients.

Henne in particular deserves a mention - she really helped when our chain was dragging by communicating up and down the line and keeping us informed every step. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
18th Aug 2026 (5 days ago)I think it depends what partnership you have, I one I had the sales pitch was great but the communication throughout once I signed up with them was terrible, at one point t after I chased and chased for feedback after 1 week after a viewing they told me I had an offer, yes it was very low, but I was never told.
