Mr. Sayem helped me secure a flat, and I had a very good experience with him. He was very helpful, professional, and responsive throughout the whole process. Every time I contacted him, he responded positively and did everything according to my requirements. He also communicated very clearly and nicely. I really appreciate his support and would highly recommend him.

10th Jun 2026 (25 days ago)Contacted Galaxy 5 times in regards to taking us of their mailing list. They send 5 emails everyday with names of 5 different people. Never dealt with them or had any interaction with them. Don’t know how they got our email address. There is no option to unsubscribe. Horrible.
2nd Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)I recently let my 2 bedroom property through Andrews Residential and I can honestly say that the whole experience from start to finish was seamless.. The admin team - Georgia and Manveer - sent out relevant documents at the appropriare time and were always on hand to answer any queries. My lettings agent was Melroy and he was a delight to work with. He made what could have been a very stressful process a very calm and stress free experience He answered my emails promptly and kept me updated throughout every step of the process. What impressed me most about Melroy was his professionalism and also the fact that if he wasn't 100% sure about the answers to my queries he would speak to an expert and get back to me quickly. I was very impressed with Andrews Residential. My property was rented in no time. I would highly recommend this agency

In the starting they took care of everything but when they rented out the property they don't even bother about the problem which tenants are facing in the property. Not going to recommend at all. They also deduct our deposit without giving us a single proof. And they refund our rest of the deposit after 2 months and long arguments. The service for entire year was awful.
