So much better than the estate agent I was selling with, which was one of the big London agents and really didn't care. You could tell that Mark's clients matter to him. Once we shared our search criteria’s with Charlie, he showed us flats that matched these and allowed us online visits and also on site when we were in London. He was very reactive and super helpful. We were always updated with emails on the progress, given good advice on the decorations. Everything were handled professionally, even going the extra miles. The finding tenants process was also very smooth and well communicated. Thank you both. I would definitely recommend the service!
