10th Aug 2026 (13 days ago)I was previously a tenant in Palace Court and Foxtons were the managing agent and were good. When it came to selling my apartment, they were my first port of call. I had a valuation booked with Chuck and received email confirmation of the appointment. He never turned up and never bothered to respond to my emails asking whether he was coming. I decided to sell with Cluttons Hyde Park and sold my flat to the first viewer before it even went to market. I had such a poor experience of Foxtons and would never recommend them now.
7th Jul 2026 (7 weeks ago)I had a very disappointing experience when contacting this agency to arrange a viewing.<br><br>At first, I explained that the property would be for me and my baby. The member of staff placed me on hold, and after waiting, the call ended. I called back and the same thing happened again. This occurred around three times, which I found very frustrating and unprofessional.<br><br>When I eventually explained that the property would be for myself, my partner, and our baby, I was told that the property would be too small for the three of us. I felt that I was given repeated excuses rather than a clear and helpful explanation.<br><br>I understand that not every property will be suitable for every applicant, but I believe customers should still be treated with respect, listened to, and given professional communication. Unfortunately, my experience with this agency did not feel professional or welcoming.

Emanuele has been exactly that.<br><br>From the moment my offer was accepted, she was always one step ahead, keeping communication flowing between all parties, chasing where needed, and making sure both the seller and I remained informed and on the same page throughout. Her responsiveness and professionalism helped keep the transaction moving at every stage.<br><br>Thanks to Emanuele's hard work and dedication, we successfully exchanged contracts in just under four weeks from my offer being accepted, which is an incredible achievement and a real testament to how committed she was to progressing the transaction.<br><br>I genuinely couldn't recommend Emanuele highly enough. She has been professional, approachable, proactive and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Thank you so much for all your hard work in helping me buy my first home! ??????

Everything was clearly communicated from start to finish, and they delivered on every commitment they made.<br>I would especially like to thank Bler for all of the support, understanding, honesty, and professionalism throughout the process. Her dedication and desire to help us and offer quality service is evident and she continues to offer support, being very patient and attentive to my queries. As a result, I am a very happy tenant in a new home that I already love within a few days of moving in. Also a special thanks to Oliver who had made an extra trip to deliver the keys! 12th Aug 2026 (11 days ago)Although we ended up taking a different property in the end in a different area of town, I was really impressed with the service from Strutt and Parker Notting Hill. Sam really went over and above for us, and was really patient while we were delayed with lots of viewings in one day. He was so professional and knowledgable, understanding and communicative, and didn’t pressure us in any way which you get with some agents. If we ever need to move again will definitely be looking up the agency again.

Once we shared our search criteria’s with Charlie, he showed us flats that matched these and allowed us online visits and also on site when we were in London. He was very reactive and super helpful.
