She always provides fair advice on repair responsibilities and works hard to minimise unnecessary costs while ensuring the property is well maintained. 13th Jul 2026 (6 weeks ago)AVOID THIS AGENCY!!!<br>From the very beginning, this agency proved to be rude and unprofessional in every interaction. Simple requests took days to get even a basic response, which set the tone for the entire experience.<br>At check-in, the apartment was in horrendous condition, nowhere near what was advertised. What followed was weeks of back-and-forth just to get them to replace broken and dirty supplies that should never have been an issue in the first place.<br>Once our stay ended, the deposit return process turned into an absolute nightmare. We waited days for replies, and when we finally got them, different agents contradicted each other and gave us conflicting information. On top of that, they deducted cleaning fees from our deposit without ever providing an invoice to justify the charge.<br>Overall, an incredibly frustrating and stressful experience from check-in to check-out. I would strongly advise against booking through this agency — the lack of professionalism, communication, and transparency made what should have been a simple stay into a prolonged ordeal.

Aki not only showed me the unit requested, but after a brief conversation, suggested and took me to view another unit that was very much aligned with what I wanted to see. She was incredibly accommodating with our tight work schedules, super transparent and completely zero-pressure. Her dedication and desire to help us and offer quality service is evident and she continues to offer support, being very patient and attentive to my queries. As a result, I am a very happy tenant in a new home that I already love within a few days of moving in. Also a special thanks to Oliver who had made an extra trip to deliver the keys! 12th Aug 2026 (12 days ago)Although we ended up taking a different property in the end in a different area of town, I was really impressed with the service from Strutt and Parker Notting Hill. Sam really went over and above for us, and was really patient while we were delayed with lots of viewings in one day. He was so professional and knowledgable, understanding and communicative, and didn’t pressure us in any way which you get with some agents. If we ever need to move again will definitely be looking up the agency again.

Once we shared our search criteria’s with Charlie, he showed us flats that matched these and allowed us online visits and also on site when we were in London. He was very reactive and super helpful. 18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

It was an overall great experience, with really strong communication and friendly service from both. Euan showed us the flat and was very proactive in reaching out, as well as more than happy to accommodate any requests such as viewing multiple times. Rory facilitated the sale and he was truly superb, I will definitely be using him again when I next buy or sell. He was clear and quick at every step, following up with all parties without delay, and very accommodating and understanding about our situation. He went above and beyond to ensure our timeline was met, and it really was a huge weight off our shoulders knowing our realtor was proactive, knowledgeable, and very importantly, responsive.
