He was incredibly helpful and honest during the offer process, and then continued to be very responsive and flexible with helping us with the move in. I’ve dealt with other estate agents in the past who would be 20min late to viewings, or set you on a bidding war with others who had placed an offer, for example. In contrast, I was quite impressed with the level of professionalism we experienced here. We’re loving our flat so far and would definitely recommend Knight Frank.

27th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)I wish i had gone with Andrea years ago. I had tried several local agents in the area over the years. Some overvalued my property to win the business or had the viewings conducted by junior staff without much experience. Andrea managed to get a genuine buyer and a successful sale despite the current problems in Central London. Courteous, conducted viewings himself and I wish I had met him and taken his advice years ago.

Any issues that came up were dealt with quickly, and communication was generally smooth and reliable. I would be happy to recommend them ??????
10th Jun 2026 (26 days ago)AVOID.<br><br>I’ve been a tenant with this agency for four years, but my experience over the past six months has been unacceptable. I’ve repeatedly reported an ongoing hot water issue and have spent months chasing updates, yet the problem remains unresolved.<br><br>The hot water pressure has deteriorated to the point where I am now unable to take a proper shower in my own flat. Despite numerous reports and follow-ups, no effective solution has been provided.<br><br>If you’re looking for a responsive agency that takes maintenance issues seriously, this has not been my experience.

She went above and beyond to help me secure my apartment and made the entire moving process feel incredibly smooth and stress-free. Lydia was always kind, responsive, professional and genuinely helpful throughout every step of the process. She really did everything in her power to make things work and I truly appreciated all her support during what can normally be a very stressful time. I couldn’t recommend her more highly — thank you again, Lydia!
30th Jun 2026 (6 days ago)The sale of my flat was a complicated one as the EWS cladding rating changed mid way through the process. This had a significant impact on lending options available for the buyers. At one point the sale was off but Fraser Pollok did an incredible and very professional job in getting the transaction back on track and introduced the buyers to a mortgage broker who managed to secure funding. Stirling Ackroyd were brilliant throughout and the sale most definitely wouldn’t have happened without their excellent input and relentless effort. Bravo !!

Our property agent, Ms. Jo Panagopoulou was professional, polite, friendly and highly committed throughout the process. She responded promptly to all our enquiries and ensured that everything was in place, making the journey smooth and stress free. Her dedication, efficiency and attention to detail truly stood out. She is undoubtedly a valuable asset to the company. The company was equally impressive. The team was professional, supportive and provided clear explanations of every step of the process. Their guidance and transparency gave us confidence and made the experience straightforward and pleasant. Thank you for the excellent service. 8th Jun 2026 (28 days ago)I got in touch with them regarding viewing a house.<br><br>Agent was extremely pushy regarding getting information out of me when I made it clear I would like a viewing first, put me off altogether. Also ignored my clear contact preferences I included in my request.<br><br>I really dislike agressive sales tactics.<br><br>Will update my review if and when I interact with this branch and hopefully will not have to deal with said agent again.<br><br>Please stop the sleazy sales tactics next time it’s so off putting when I just want to interact with someone professional and nice.- 12th May 2026 (8 weeks ago)We have just sold our property through Knight Frank in Canary Wharf which was made so much easier by Blair . He was great to work with and always got back to us promptly, keeping us updated as the sale progressed.

26th Jun 2026 (10 days ago)I'd give 0 stars if I could!!!!!<br><br>A company that are clearly in it for the money, rather than the upkeep of the properties they supposedly "manage"!<br>Since they took over a property on Greenford Road (Sudbury), it's been a nightmare for my elderly parent's who have lived in their home for over 40yrs.<br>I've had to repeatedly call, then evidence my complaints for the lack of upkeep & overgrown front & rear garden's!<br>The last time I called, I was told that the front & rear garden boundary fences are my parent's responsibility - which it is not & have taken the liberty to knock on every single door of the resident's on either side to clarify this!<br>My mum was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer last year (2025). During her last few month's at home, she was was unable to enjoy sitting in her garden (which she absolutely loved to do) due to broken fencing & lack of privacy. That's when I contacted them, to be told it was OUR responsibility!<br>Our beautiful mum has since passed unfortunately & we as a family will never forget the way this awful company treated us.<br>It's taken a whole year of grieving for me to muster the strength to write this review, but am doing so to raise awareness for a truly cruel group of people who put money before customer service & doing what's right!<br>We will never forget how our beautiful mum couldn't go in her garden in her last month's, purely because the fences were broken & the shared housing resident's would be able to see her.<br><br>Think of that Mr Larry & your rotten team - we will never forgive you for that - NEVER!!

I can't put in to words how much Stuart supported me throughout the sale and when it all got stuck with solicitors he truly went above and beyond to get all the documents required, chase lawyers and support me personally.
