She was professional, supportive, and kept us informed every step of the way. Her communication was excellent, and she managed any issues calmly and efficiently. We always felt she had our best interests at heart and worked hard to achieve the best outcome. We’re very grateful for her help and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone selling a property.
14th Mar 2026 (8 weeks ago)I do not usually write reviews, but having recently sold a property through Gascoigne Halman in Lymm, I wanted to share my experience. From start to finish, everyone in the office was professional, reactive and friendly. I'd like to make a special mention for Sam, who was amazing. She was proactive and kept me in the loop every step of the way. The process took a lot longer than the average sale, due to the chain, and Sam was constantly on top of things. I would definitely recommend this agency without hesitation. Thank you to the whole team!

And hit the target date of completion without a hitch. Would highly recommend anybody to use ONP solicitors if you want a smooth transaction.

They are excellent with documentation, and after I signed the contract, they assisted me with registering for council tax, water, and electricity. A special thanks to my consultant, Charlotte – she was incredibly helpful and made everything much easier.

Thanks again ??- 15th Nov 2025 (25 weeks ago)I was sold Westminster Park in Liverpool (Sourced Development Group) through Alesco, working with ERE Property and Will Kettel. Will Kettel presented the investment as secure, claiming the developer had an impeccable and traceable record. Alesco endorsed this, selling me confidence and security. In reality, Sourced Development Group has a traceable record of failings — they cannot even start projects, let alone finish them. Alesco has proven incapable of delivering any real update. They have no communication with the developer, and ERE Property is exactly the same. Investors are left in the dark, receiving vague answers or silence, with no verifiable information on the project’s progress. This is the closest one can be to being legally scammed. I committed funds in good faith, but what I received was misrepresentation, lack of transparency, and no accountability from either Alesco or ERE Property.

7th Oct 2022 (3 years ago)They show lots of people the property and the landlord picks which just seems crazy and u have to wait till all the viewings are done till u find out if you even got a chance. I viewed my dream home and was totally gutted when I wasn't accepted ????
