He was quick to arrange viewings, helped coordinate access for surveys and inspections, and ensured that communication between all parties remained smooth throughout the transaction. When my offer was accepted, he moved swiftly to issue the relevant paperwork and kept the process progressing at every stage.<br><br>What impressed me most was Omar's availability and willingness to help whenever needed. Property transactions can be complex and stressful, but he remained approachable, efficient and solutions-focused throughout. 10th Aug 2026 (13 days ago)My family have been using Benham and Reeves Kensington office for sales, buying and lettings. They offer a comprehensive service especially for Kensington area. Most recently last month Sara helped me sell a flat she got an offer within a week and the sale completed in 3 months. Amazing. Sara is extremely helpful, responsive and knowledgeable. That’s what you need from someone to sell your property.

7th Aug 2026 (16 days ago)I have had a very positive experience with Tuckerman Residential.<br><br>Edward was very professional, polite and patient during the initial stage of my tenancy. He was very helpful and made the whole process smooth.<br><br>Jason has been incredibly helpful throughout my tenancy. He is always quick to respond to my emails and has been very reliable when dealing with documents, tenancy matters and any questions I had after moving in. When I had a few minor issues after moving in, he followed up promptly with the relevant contractor and made sure everything was resolved properly.<br><br>I would also like to mention Michael, who was very patient and helpful when I needed assistance with the online signing process through Goodlord. He took the time to guide me through the process and resolve the issue.<br><br>Overall, I have found the team at Tuckerman Residential to be professional, responsive, reliable and genuinely helpful. I would highly recommend Tuckerman Residential.

It’s rare to find a team this reliable — I wouldn’t go anywhere else, and I’d recommend them to anyone without hesitation!
17th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)What a different way to sell a home, with supportive, gentle and trustworthy people. We’d been mulling over the idea of relocating out of London for years and even discussed putting our home on the market with Unique previously. What we like is that there is no big sales pitch, no pressure to sell, just listening and responding. But more importantly, keeping both our buyers and us calm, communicative and friendly throughout the sale, so it felt as smooth as it could possibly be. We’re not planning to do move again any time soon, but we’d definitely use Unique if we were.

28th Aug 2021 (4 years ago)I support the feedback submitted previously about the inability to get in touch with the agents. I've called the reception 5 days in a row about arranging a viewing of a flat and I'm still expecting that some magic will happen and someone will finally call me back. I've highlighted that I had seen the development before and pretty much ready to make an offer for the flat but it's ridiculous that I just can't get in touch with anyone from the team to arrange this!- 26th Sep 2022 (3 years ago)This is the worst service I’ve ever received from any company. Since Day 1, they don’t reply usually when you’re asking questions. They postpone many things and lied about some issues. For Example, our fridge has been broken because it was old we’ve asked them a couple of times and they said they’ve already ordered a new one but we could see when they’ve ordered. You need to chase them for anything. The most disappointing part was, they’ve tried to charge the thing or issues that have been already damaged from the deposit I paid. It’s been almost 2 months and they didn’t refund my deposit. I said ok for many things just for the sake to receive our deposit back. They’ve even tried to charge 275£ for cleaning and I said OK even my flat was not much clean when I moved in. They tried to charge cutlery which belongs to a former tenant or an already broken clothes hanger. When we asked for the kitchen stuff or replacing these things they said “ These are personal things, and we cannot supply” but at the end of the tenancy, they tried to charge. I strongly DON’T suggest working with this agency. If you can find another place to move in go with them. They are the worst! They don’t do what they need to do. I’d like to suggest taking a photo of every inch of the flat! Every single detail is just for keeping a record on your own. As I said don’t work with them, if you need to take photos and keep send them for recording.

Always available, always charming, always diligent in following up the slightest lead. He has already achieved a sale with one and I am sure will soon do so with the second.Very happy to have been introduced to him.

5th Jul 2022 (4 years ago)I vacated my property what is now 6 months, I continue to be ignored and left without my deposit. The behaviour is criminal and I would like to warn others before making the same mistake I did in dealing with this company.

After five long years of struggling to sell my flat, I had almost given up hope. It was a very complicated sale with many challenges, yet Kyle stepped in and did what no one else could. Within just a couple of weeks of taking professional photos and launching the property, he secured a strong offer and moved the process forward with impressive efficiency. Kyle is outstanding at what he does — not only professional and highly skilled, but also genuine, reliable, and honest. His communication was exceptional from day one. He was always available, kept me fully informed, and handled every obstacle with calm confidence and expertise. Most importantly, I felt I could truly trust him throughout the entire journey — and that is rare to find in this industry. 21st Oct 2025 (10 mo. ago)I had an outstanding experience working with Daniel Krieger and the team at Harding Green on the sale of my property in the West Hampstead area. Dan quickly generated an amazing number of viewings and multiple offers, so many, in fact, that we soon stopped using multiple agents and relied entirely on him. After a few setbacks with buyers, Dan was undeterred and went right back to work with positivity and optimism. He secured a truly great offer for us and handheld the entire process brilliantly, all the way through to exchange. Dealing with Dan was an absolute pleasure; he is personable, incredibly astute, and makes what can be a stressful process feel straightforward. I would work with him again without hesitation.

Secrea's patient guidance and clear expertise demystified the entire reassignments process for us. She always kept us informed and responded promptly to our queries. Billy's proactive approach and exceptional communication skills were crucial in keeping things on track. He liaised with solicitors and efficiently resolved challenges, from documents to securing the completion date. We felt completely supported and informed throughout. We are incredibly grateful for their professionalism and dedication and highly recommend Lixing!
