16th Jul 2026 (6 weeks ago)After a very bad experience with Connells and several wasted months we decided to go with Skitts Wednesbury and it was the best decision we made. Tanya and her team were fantastic and despite the house having already been on the market a while they sold it really quickly and at asking price. Sadly a few months later the sale fell through jeopardising not only our onward purchase but also a place for our son at our chosen secondary school. We were quite distraught but Tanya and Clare were so supportive and reassuring. They pulled out all the stops and within 24 hours of re-listing the house we had 18 viewings penciled in for the weekend. We had 3 offers in by Monday morning at asking price and above which meant we didn't loose our dream home. Clare became our rock through the completion process and took so much of our anxiety and worries away. We cant thank them enough. We're not planning on moving again any time soon but to anyone who is id whole heartedly recommend them.
6th Aug 2026 (18 days ago)Luke and Tim are an absolute disgrace.<br>Do not rent a property from them. They will disappear and won’t answer calls and voicemails. They won’t complete any health and safety checks of the home, they won’t complete any of the repairs, you will pay you’re rent to Luke and he doesn’t pass it to the landlord, the list can go on. He is a scammer, thank god I have found out who is the owner of the property. Who is mortified of paying for repairs to be completed to find he took the money and did no repairs. Do not rent from them. A few weeks in and you won’t be able to get in touch with Luke.

7th Jul 2026 (7 weeks ago)The estate agents came out very quickly and valued the house for more than we thought. They had an open day and the house was STC for full market value. That was brilliant. The only down side was they told us approx 3 months till completion but it was exactly 5 and it was quite difficult at times to get our calls returned. . Overall, I was very pleased with them. They also reccomended a solicitors as well as we didn't know any.

I spent weeks chasing them to view a property and it was a nightmare and if your thinking of selling a property with these I’d reconsider your choices

What stands out most is their genuine passion for what they do—it’s clear they take immense pride in their work. The entire team was attentive, devoted,knowledgeable, and consistently went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. Their combination of professional rigor and warm, energetic customer service sets them apart. Not to mention their professionalism! Wow! Amazed by the start till finish (coming from someone who used to work in customer service industry)<br>A massive THANK YOU to all the team!

We got constant phone calls from "vouch" asking for us to set up bills for the property and asking for card debit card information. These calls kept happening even after we didn't get the property. We won't be using keates again.

Sophie went above and beyond to negotiate the best terms for me and all parties including landlord were happy to exchange. I was also in contact with Joe who assisted with all my enquiries. Very seamless experience that only took 3 weeks from the first viewing.
26th May 2026 (13 weeks ago)Very impressed the the weekend and bank holiday that was in place. Viewing on Saturday pre BH Monday left me thinking I would hear nothing else until the Tuesday. How wrong was I? Offer and sale subject to contract all communicated the same weekend . Fabulous service ??????
