Whenever we had any questions or concerns, they were answered promptly, clearly, and professionally, making what could have been a stressful process feel much easier.<br><br>We would especially like to thank Carol and Jacqui, who have been absolutely fantastic from the moment we booked our very first viewing. From the first valuation to the final completion, the team were friendly, supportive, and incredibly efficient. They made the whole process feel easy and took the pressure off with their regular updates and helpful guidance. It’s rare to find an agent who genuinely cares about both the property and the people involved, but this team absolutely does. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

11th Aug 2026 (12 days ago)This lettings agent in wednesbury are not helpful in anyway, i couldn't get a viewing booked online, still went ahead to their office in wednesbury to see if i could talk to someone, the lady i met was utterly disrespectful and dismissive. kept reminding me that she was on sales team and have nothing to do with lettings and wouldn't even give a listening ear. my overall experience with them was unpleasant.

26th May 2026 (13 weeks ago)Very impressed the the weekend and bank holiday that was in place. Viewing on Saturday pre BH Monday left me thinking I would hear nothing else until the Tuesday. How wrong was I? Offer and sale subject to contract all communicated the same weekend . Fabulous service ??????
11th Feb 2026 (6 mo. ago)Absolutely shocking service. Ringing multiple trying to get answers, so many times the phone cuts off without answering. Emailing countless times without any aknowledgment. Leaving a young female Tennant with mental health in need of resolutions for the flat & causing health deterioration due to no heating in property since when we had snow this year. WiFi being down for weeks. Draft through bedroom window. Paying rent for a service not provided. She even travelled from Dudley to the Smethwick office to seek answers, to which they still haven't resolved. Much better when landlord managed his own property. I don't know how they've won awards if this is the service they provide to the masses.

Picked up keys today and very happy with the purchase for the price I got it for - would 100% use them again for another purchase as they have a lot of good deals if you are looking to buy tenanted property.

One of the biggest obstacles to completion on a property deal, once you're inside one, is ongoing communication (between vendor, buyer and solicitors), and Belvoir are on that.<br><br>Liam Hack was on our case, knowing exactly what to say, when to chase, when to hold, how to reassure, and how to flag. This shaved weeks off what otherwise could have been far more complex and difficult, had we relied solely on the solicitors.<br><br>They did an absolutely exceptional job; it's refreshing to see that level of professionalism."
