Ranjit, in particular, was very professional and I was happy to be advised by him. Kavita in the office was pleasant and always answered the 'phone.

11th Aug 2026 (13 days ago)This lettings agent in wednesbury are not helpful in anyway, i couldn't get a viewing booked online, still went ahead to their office in wednesbury to see if i could talk to someone, the lady i met was utterly disrespectful and dismissive. kept reminding me that she was on sales team and have nothing to do with lettings and wouldn't even give a listening ear. my overall experience with them was unpleasant.

Green's were far better in this respect and generally responded to our messages promptly, with just the odd lapse. The whole process was quite easy, from our initial approach to the marketing and the actual sale.

Switched tenant without my consent and they new tenants destroyed my house. 15th Aug 2026 (9 days ago)Trinity are the best estate agents out there. Any issues with properties are delt with right away and contractors are with you within 15 minutes. I mainly deal with Sarah and no words can describe how amazing this lady is. All staff are brilliant and very friendly. I wouldn't go with any other agents anymore.<br>To all the team. Picked up keys today and very happy with the purchase for the price I got it for - would 100% use them again for another purchase as they have a lot of good deals if you are looking to buy tenanted property.

16th Aug 2026 (8 days ago)I cannot recommend Oliver Jones at Slade Property Collective in Wolverhampton highly enough. Although I was the mother of the purchaser rather than the buyer myself, I saw first-hand just how helpful, professional and proactive Oli was throughout the whole process.<br><br>Oli went above and beyond from the very beginning. He was available whenever we needed him, always returned calls when requested, and was incredibly proactive in pushing things through to keep everything moving.<br><br>What really stood out was how he sent pictures of the property to my daughter before it had even been listed, giving her the opportunity to see it straight away. He then made sure she was the very first person through the door to view it, which ultimately gave her the chance to secure the property she loved in Tettenhall.<br><br>Oli made what can often be a stressful process feel much easier and was always approachable, responsive and genuinely keen to help. His communication and commitment were exceptional.<br><br>A well-deserved 5 stars for Oli and Slade Property Collective. Thank you for going the extra mile and helping my daughter find her new home!
