Todd arranged viewings and the property was let within a week. He kept us informed throughout each step of the process and answered any queries we had, in a timely fashion.<br>He has also helped us on an existing rental, improving communications with the tenant.

I have to say that Andrew and Keisha were fabulous from the start. We were kept updated with progress and treated with care and understanding. Nothing was too much trouble for them. 18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

How wrong was I? Offer and sale subject to contract all communicated the same weekend . Fabulous service ??????

1st Jul 2026 (6 days ago)honestly, this has been one of the worst experiences i’ve had with a property management company.<br><br>i’ve been chasing them since january to get a job done and they just don’t respond. i’ve emailed them, messaged them on whatsapp so many times, and most of the time i either get ignored or nothing actually gets done.<br><br>there’s a leak coming into my apartment from next door and because of it the wooden flooring has started lifting and coming apart. this has been going on for months and still nothing has been fixed.<br><br>when we moved in, the fridge drawers already had cracks in them. we reported it straight away but were told it wasn’t that serious. now the cracks have got much worse and it feels like they’re going to break completely at any time.<br><br>it’s really frustrating having to keep chasing people just to get basic maintenance sorted. there seems to be no sense of responsibility or urgency, and the customer service has honestly been awful.<br><br>i definitely wouldn’t recommend redstone property management based on my experience.
