They handled everything professionally and most importantly, returned our full deposit without any issues. We had a very positive experience with them and would be happy to recommend their services.
16th May 2026 (23 weeks ago)Communication with the agency was easy and the staff were very helpful throughout the process. The only area that could be improved is the property advertising, which should be a bit better in terms of presentation and details.
17th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)Unfortunately they could not sell my home, whilst thats not entirely thier fault as the market is tough right now. I experienced poor communication, a lack of strategy and ultimately it didn't feel like they were bothered to sell my home. There was also some frustrating times of chasing for feedback after viewings, not being told viewings were cancelled and never once did they offer to facilitate a viewing. Also no offer or discussion to even give me a For Sale sign outside my home and I had to chase them to post my home on thier Facebook page weeks into the process.

4th Apr 2026 (6 mo. ago)Lots of promises and good advice at initial face to face meeting. They got me to drop the price quite early on. Two viewings in 7 months. I was supposed to have a phone call with them last week and had an appointment time booked. No phone call but a generic email. At the start they suggested I have new stair carpet and flooring in some rooms . I had new bathroom, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, landing and stair carpet put down. They took the house of the market without telling me. The sign was taken from the front of my house. I checked online and they had pulled the house of the market. Almost quite childish? I think it was a poor set of photos and description having reviewed my experience. They stated partially double glazed when I had every window replaced to double glazed. Just odd things that they didn't mention. I am not sure if they know the area and market that well as it is a good location. The house market is always difficult through the winter months but putting that aside , the company just don't communicate at all. I started to look at other options for selling as you just don't hear from them. I think the last promised phone call was my clear signal that as something needed to change. Their poor practice made the decision for me. I will express that the guy that saw me on the first visit to discuss selling was very good. Talks a good talk.

Led by Laura and Will, Andy Griffin and Aaron Dreelan have always been consistently notable for their calm advice and determination to see every transaction through to a successful conclusion. This could not be achieved without the dedication of their support staff. They are, individually and collectively, deserving of high praise and many thanks.
1st Sep 2025 (1 year ago)From the initial valuation visit with Charlotte through to the handling of viewing appointments at the sales office , everything was extremely efficient. The online portal is really useful and always up to date. Charlotte was very personable and took some great photos of the house .All the staff we dealt with at the office were very helpful , Jade kept us informed at all times and dealt with our offer situation really well. I would definitely recommend.

Also thanks to both Jack and James covering some of the viewings as well, all of which were extremely helpful and kept us up to date on the progress of these. Many thanks to Michelle who helped get the sale sorted through to completion. Again kept me well up to date, professional and helpful. Great team at Bayzos, they came well recommended to me and I would highly recommend them to others!<br>Thank you again!

12th Oct 2026 (15 days ago)The team have been really nice, professional and got me a quick sale from start to finish. Their communication is excellent. I would highly recommend them but I wouldn't recommend Talbots legal team that do a lot of work with Bairstoweves.
