17th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)What a different way to sell a home, with supportive, gentle and trustworthy people. We’d been mulling over the idea of relocating out of London for years and even discussed putting our home on the market with Unique previously. What we like is that there is no big sales pitch, no pressure to sell, just listening and responding. But more importantly, keeping both our buyers and us calm, communicative and friendly throughout the sale, so it felt as smooth as it could possibly be. We’re not planning to do move again any time soon, but we’d definitely use Unique if we were.

Even though he didn’t have to, he stepped in and helped us through our buying process while we were selling our property with another estate agent. His guidance, patience, and generosity with his time made such a difference for us. He made what could have been a very stressful experience feel far more manageable and reassuring.
30th Jan 2026 (7 weeks ago)I have used Finn in 2016 buying a property to let. Their service is great. I used them again in 2018 for selling a 16th century property that other agency could not find any buyers during the two years before 2018 but fantastic team at Finn managed to fid a buyer for that 10 bedroom property. In 2025, decided to sell my second home and Finn mamaged to find a buyer after 6 to 8 weeks and the sale was completed end of January 2026. Thank you Finn and your customer friendly staff.
9th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)Sharing this as constructive feedback. I travelled a long distance by public transport for a 3:30 pm viewing and was given a Google Maps link that led to the wrong location. I waited in the rain and called the agency when I realised the issue. Instead of acknowledging the incorrect link, the male staff member I spoke with was dismissive and placed the responsibility on me to double-check the postcode. I was asked to reach the property within an unrealistic timeframe, despite explaining there was no bus, I hadn’t brought a car, and it was a long walk in the rain. The tone felt rude and lacking empathy. The viewing eventually took place but felt rushed. While the property was well presented and a detailed handout was provided, clearer communication, accountability, and a more respectful approach would have made a big difference. I liked the property but chose not to proceed due to the experience.
16th Sep 2025 (6 mo. ago)Saddlers are what all estate agents should be. Very organised and professional yet with the personal touch. Most of all they go the extra mile. They put in the hours and we always felt that they really wanted to help us achieve the best price for our home. Highly recommend.

Michael was friendly, polite, and extremely knowledgeable, giving me confidence from the very start. Throughout the process, Karen and Emma were always just a phone call away and kept me updated at every stage. The whole team was professional, supportive, and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Fine & Country to anyone looking to sell their home and want to thank the entire team for their outstanding service.

5th Dec 2023 (2 years ago)I would not recommend Mann Ashford. They were not pro active and did not keep in contact to let us know what they were doing in terms of our property. No one answered the phone. They were disinterested and all they wanted to do was reduce the price. Never phoned us we had to phone them. They achieved no viewings on our property. A very poor performance and no service.
23rd May 2024 (1 year ago)I would highly recommend Angela Hirst when looking to rent your new home. So professional and such a friendly service. If I had a question I would get a reply quickly and explained well if there was something I didn't understand. The day I got my keys the agent was very thorough with the inventory check of the property and made sure I had everything I needed before she left. 100% would recommend if I know anyone looking to rent.

The sale was not an easy one, numerous challenges and hair pulling moments but Hannah & Oliver were tremendous, didn't miss a beat and at every twist & turn were there, proactive, helpful and communicated very openly and honestly. I had such a positive experience renting through them a few years back. Jessica was very transparent and friendly in the whole process, and helped us establish a good relationship with the landlords right away. This was particularly useful when we needed support with any maintenance during our stay. You can tell that Harrison Jacks genuinely care about their landlords and their tenants alike - I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone who is looking to find their new home!
