29th Jul 2026 (25 days ago)Bradley Bates, Connells Yate Branch manager handled the valuation of our property, something that was difficult to accurately do due to the changes in the world at the time. After some careful consideration a marketing strategy was agreed and to our delight the house was under formal offer within 12 hours of going on the market.<br>Bradley's bubbly, attentive personality made interaction with him very easy and making himself available along the process was a bonus.<br>Moving house is a minefield, its clear to see that the Yate team are motivated by Bradley's presence and is a natural leader in the Branch.<br>In a world where Estate Agents get a bad reputation the Yate team worked hard to be transparent and honest.<br>For this we are very grateful.<br>If i am looking for areas of growth for Connells Estate Agents, it would be to review the Solicitors you chose to work with, your recommendation was a bad reflection on your business model, it cannot be worth your effort to do their job and chase their errors all the time?

Tanyas communication and negotiation with the chain when no one was conversing through their solicitors was invaluable and over and above what she should have had to do. Tanya’s unrelenting tenacity, attention to detail and continuous investment in the sale has been outstanding and very much appreciated. I highly recommend Edison Ford…. Outstanding service for buying, selling and finance advice.

31st May 2025 (1 year ago)We used “Which” to find out the best performing local agents, of these we approached Greenwoods first as they have an office within walking distance. Staff were friendly, helpful and efficient from the start, and Branch Manager, Phil Marsh, took us through every step of the process. From then on, Phil kept us informed and responded to all of our queries. He consistently provided all the assistance we needed to obtain a sale. We would recommend the Wells Road branch without hesitation.

4th Aug 2026 (19 days ago)I had a really great experience with this estate agent. They were really honest, kind and helpful during my house search. More so than any others I experienced. Also really quick to reply and arrange a viewing. I would really recommend their services to anyone.
17th Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)Agent did not take any notes and did not revisit before doing the write up for the advertisement he just used large chunks of the previous agent’s brochure. He even included a pond with a bridge over it which we had filled in when we took the house off the market several months before. The photos were not very good and the photographer was uninterested in bringing out the best in the house. There was a mistake in the floor plan listing 4 bedrooms when there are three. Feedback was slow and communication very poor. I even had a prospective purchaser stop me outside the house to say he had to wait to get an appointment to view but had finally got an appointment for the following week. I knew nothing of that appointment as had not been contacted at all. I could go on but that’s probably enough for you to get the picture. We have now taken the property off the market for the foreseeable future

Untruthful about status of buyers and lack of coordination with communication that led me to assume incompetence. Different team members working on my sale who appeared to have different agendas and work against each other. Indifference to me as the vendor. Will not use again, termination of contract without house sale due to terrible service

We had a long stressful process due to our buyer and even though Connells weren't acting on behalf of us she always went above and beyond to help us and nothing was ever too much trouble.

Zach kept me up to date and communicated with my solicitor answered e mails out of hours. As this got a bit complicated with the sale at the end, but we got there on the date expected for completion . Thank You

Being available until 7pm is a key and important feature of blue sky, as buyers have been able to contact them and get answers faster that agents I'm using to by who stop at 5

He was willing and flexible in facilitating us to see the properly a few times for a second opinion and to measure up, as well as giving us great local knowledge that was very much appreciated. Rich was fantastic at keeping us informed, and ‘on the ball’ with chasing the solicitors, especially when it all got down to the wire. We were so impressed that we decided to sell through Andrews as well as buy, and his colleagues at the Southville branch were equally as professional and communicative in tying everything together. Would highly recommend! However, whilst Andrews were professional and supportive, we didn't have a great experince with Taylor Rose, who were recommended by Andrews, and would choose a local conveyancer in future.
