I spoke to him, viewed the property, and everything was completed within the same day. Paperwork sorted and agreements signed. I honestly couldn’t believe how smooth it was. Even when he was put in an uncomfortable situation, through no fault of his own, he handled it extremely professionally, which helped me feel comfortable as well. A real credit to his role. 4th Jan 2026 (11 weeks ago)We had to find a new rental place in Forest Hill at fairly short notice, and Emma at Hamptons Dulwich was a huge help throughout the process. She was warm, encouraging, and genuinely reassuring at what could have been a pretty stressful time. Communication was quick and clear, and she was always responsive and happy to offer advice along the way. Dealing with the team was easy and straightforward from start to finish. Thanks to Emma, we ended up in the perfect rental place and couldn’t be more grateful. Would happily recommend Hamptons Dulwich to anyone looking to rent in the area.
7th Nov 2025 (19 weeks ago)After months of mismanagement, overcharging, and broken promises, KFH have now gone one step further — quietly deducting unauthorised fees after confirming in writing that no further charges would be made. They re-labelled their management fee as a “4% rent collection fee” for November, despite acknowledging their management role had ceased, and added new “Rent & Legal Protection” charges we never agreed to. These deductions were made after we had made clear in writing that no further fees were to be taken. Although earlier management fees were finally refunded, KFH continue to act in bad faith by introducing new, invented costs. Their conduct has been deceptive, contradictory, and utterly unprofessional. We will continue to post updates until all unauthorised charges have been refunded.

They had a solid understanding of the local market their advice on pricing and timing helped attract good buyers quickly especially given the current market (mid 2025). We thought their photography contractor did a great job also. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. Maisie’s and team kept us informed at each step, promptly answered all queries and made sure the closing process went smoothly. We would happily recommend Knight Frank to anyone looking to sell their home in the Wandsworth area.

Peter Woods managed the process and was patient, available, knowledgeable and reassuring, acting in our interests not self-interest (as has been our experience with another agency that claims to dominate in Merton Park). Peter seemed to establish a relationship of trust with the buyers and was just what you would hope for in an agent.

We met with a number of estate agents but immediately could tell that something was different, more honest and personal when first meeting Paul. They also had comforting evidence of selling properties fast within the area. We experienced great communication throughout the process and this personal approach really helped negotiate and seek alternative options when a few unforeseen circumstances arose up and down the chain, keeping everyone calm and then pushing when they needed to. We’d definitely recommend the team at Samuel Estates to anyone in Streatham/Norbury and surrounding areas that they cover.

23rd Feb 2026 (24 days ago)Very disappointing experience with this agency. Communication from their representative, Josh, was unnecessarily argumentative and lacked professionalism. Reasonable requests regarding suitable viewing times were inaccurately presented as a refusal. As a tenant, I remained cooperative, yet the tone and approach taken made the process stressful and uncomfortable. Professionalism and respectful communication should be standard practice in any property agency. However, he was lack of them. In this case, Josh clearly fell short of these standards. In contrast, my communication with Jena was professional, polite, and respectful. She arranged viewings appropriately and approached matters in a courteous manner, which made cooperation much easier. Professional and respectful communication makes a significant difference, and I hope this agency ensures consistency across its team. Update in response to the agency’s reply: I stand by my review, as it reflects my genuine experience. I have retained screenshots of the communication between Joshua and myself, including responses that I found dismissive and unprofessional, such as the use of a laughing emoji when I mentioned raising a complaint. This understandably gave the impression that my concerns were not being taken seriously. For clarity, two viewings were successfully conducted at the property with my agreement. This clearly demonstrates that I was cooperative and did not refuse access. As a working tenant, I simply requested reasonable availability within my schedule, which is entirely within my legal rights. Leaving a review on Google is also my right as a consumer when I feel my experience does not reflect the standards described in your response. Should the matter require independent review, I am comfortable referring it to The Property Ombudsman so that an impartial assessment can determine whether the communication met appropriate professional standards. I remain willing to cooperate within reasonable and respectful boundaries. However, I do not wish to continue communication with Joshua and request that future arrangements are handled by another respectful representative.

With no other estate agency would you get such senior members of staff doing the viewings themselves. In the past I’ve had viewings with recent graduates who are new to the market- with Bhoday you are in much safer hands
