I was initially hesitant to pay the "premium" price for KFH vs their competitors in Tooting and also felt my flat might sell itself. However, I now recommend KFH to everyone. Their support throughout the sale process was a weight off my mind and I truly believe they helped us get to exchange.

Wowee what a journey - a total labour of love from the team in Bellevue Road and Patrick in particular - from start to finish the process was handled so professionally and calmly to get to the end result of selling our house - nothing was too much trouble and for only a 2 bed house we felt that we were always priority! Really grateful for all their hard work and will definitely use again. Thank you so much

17th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)Tom Yeomanson was incredibly patient and diligent thoughout a process that was long and complicated (for reasons not related to him). Anyone looking to sell their property would have a knowledgeable, committed and persistent agent looking after them.
29th Sep 2026 (28 days ago)I have had so many ongoing issues at my house, a broken washing machine since MARCH with countless calls, emails and people coming to “evaluate” or “fix” the issue (it just needs to be replaced!!), people either quit so the comms is lost then the conversation starts all over again (average reply time 5 weeks) or things are lost and not followed up. I will never rent a house through marsh and parsons again. They promise they will call you back and they never do. Have thoroughly documented the condition of my property as I don’t feel confident they won’t try (or even know) what to deduct from my deposit when I eventually leave. So disappointing as I love my house but they’re completely incompetent

28th Sep 2025 (1 year ago)A few things which we were promised which they didn’t deliver on, we went with this estate agent because they said they’d have multiple offices working on our property, but it ended up being just one office in a different area to where we were selling. We were there for some of the viewings and they didn’t know answers to basic questions which we know we had given them information for

My son purchased a property through these people ( well so he thought) he had his offer accepted which was the highest, he gave his solicitor details,had his mortgage ready, all was fine ( so we thought) We met the executors of the previous owner and was told it had been sold to an equity company at a much lower price. She explained that my son's offer was never shared with her and that she would have accepted it. It is disgusting the way that Julia has treated my son, and strung him along. Best advice is for no one to deal with this unprofessional set up, although I have noticed not many people in Balham sell through them. It only seems to be garages or Du cane court. I will be contacting the estate agents ombudsman about this situation 1st thing. Do not waste time with this outfit. There are some fantastic friendly professional agents in Balham and Tooting Bec. I am shocked that there are still some questionable agents around.

Now they have sent me through a video via WhatsApp (after asking to be unsubscribed via the website when we found a place), and it still doesn’t meet the requirements I gave them.
