1st Nov 2022 (3 years ago)We have had dealings with Woodleys Estate Agents over a number of years both selling and buying of properties, as well as renting. The service, communication and advice they have always given us has been excellent. In particular Mark, Mike and Gareth who were totally on top of negotiations and efficient in deputising for each other when required. All In all this company and its employees acted both professionally and honest with us at all times. They were a pleasure to work with and we can 100% recommend them. In addition we rented a property out through Woodleys with Aidan representing us, who likewise had very high professional standards and guided us through the whole process from advertising to selecting a tenant. Again we recommend this side of the business too. Mark, Mike, Gareth and Aiden are a credit to Woodleys and clearly showed integrity and professionalism throughout our dealings with them, but we also had a good many funny moments and laughter en route. 19th Oct 2025 (8 mo. ago)Superb. Fair rates with an exceptional service. Sold our house within 2 weeks. Also sold a neighbours house in 2 weeks as well, after being on the market with other agentsfor literally 3+ years. The marketing is far better than other agents, with very clear and detailed floor plans and brilliant video promotion, not the usual picture scrolling stuff, it has voice overs narration, music and more. Watch out Hollywood !!! Many thanks Luke for all your help. Very much appreciated and would 1000% reccomend.

Julie was professional, responsive, and kept me well-informed at every stage of the process. She went above and beyond to help resolve issues quickly, including chasing up matters with the seller to ensure a smooth completion. I particularly appreciated her clear communication and guidance, which made the whole experience much less stressful than it could have been. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Northwood Wokingham to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area.

1st May 2026 (9 weeks ago)Whiteknights failed to progress the sale of our property up until the last minute when it collapsed due to them not checking a basic fact such as the buyers giving their two-month notice to their landlord. The buyers pulled out on account of having to pay £887 extra on a half a million pound purchase to meet a completion date the whole chain had agreed to extend at the buyers request. Whiteknights did not check they had served their notice on time to meet the completion date, did not inform us they hadn't, they just informed us last minute when the sale ultimately collapsed. We're left to remarket the house now after 6 months in this process and to continue incurring costs, as well as breaking two separate chains. Still stunned by how utterly appalling Whiteknights have been.

He ensured the entire process was smooth and efficient. Bradley was consistently available to answer our questions, which gave us confidence during the process . We wouldn't hesitate to use Bradley to sell our own home in the future, as we would be confident in his dedication to a positive outcome for both sides. Highly recommended!

As a family-run business, Sophie and Lance provide a level of care and exceptional customer service that truly sets them apart. They are the perfect balance of professional and down-to-earth; they are incredibly knowledgeable yet always approachable. Sophie consistently went above and beyond the remit to ensure everything ran smoothly, and her responsiveness meant that no question or request was ever too much trouble. It was a pleasure to work with such a dedicated and reliable business.

3rd Sep 2025 (10 mo. ago)? 1/5 – Disappointed with the Lack of Communication My experience with Galaxy Property Services in Slough has been frustrating and disappointing. One of the biggest issues has been their lack of communication. They are consistently unresponsive to calls, emails, and messages, which makes it incredibly difficult to resolve even simple queries or concerns. There was very little transparency throughout the process, and I often felt left in the dark about important updates. When communication did happen, it was usually delayed or vague, and rarely addressed the actual issue. I expected a higher level of professionalism and accountability. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend their services based on this experience. Clear and timely communication should be a basic standard in property management — and it’s something Galaxy Property Services seriously needs to improve.

15th Jun 2026 (21 days ago)The family would have loved to say that our first (and only!) time being landlords was a good experience. Renting has been quite the challenge, full of frustration and taking up a lot of time. We thought that paying higher management fees would make up for the extra effort we put into sorting out any issues, waiting for email replies and so on. Plus, staff changes haven’t made things any easier. ?????????????<br><br>However, the family is relieved they left being landlords before the reforms were put in place.
