We had a frustrating experience with one of the agents called Chris in this company. At first, he was clear that the present house tenants were going to move on a certain period of time and so we gave a holding deposit to keep the property. Eventually, day by day, it was hard to keep in touch with him, and even the company, as no one was answering their office phone. A couple of phone calls finally though saying yes we are just waiting for the date. But, it took almost a month of negotiating for a final move in date but it did not happen, no follow up done. The agent returned the deposit ONE WEEK prior to potential move in date. how annoying!! He could have returned much earlier than giving us false hopes if he felt like the present tenants are quite unclear!!... Read more

The company is horrible. They are not interested in anything. They are very unprofessional, not responding to emails or phones. They are not refunding a deposit and finding unrealistic excuses not to refund the deposit. I won't recommend anyone to work for the company. Very very bad experience.... Read more

Recommend SO sales by Pocket Living as they are supposed to specialise in resale of this type of property. 1. There is no strategy to the sale of these properties which can be tough in any market. Little help with pricing / reduction. It will all be self driven. 2. Lack of communication from the estate agent who operated like this role was a side hustle. Very hard to get a hold of him and mostly communicated via emails. 3. Lack of push to move things both buyer/seller side. Made the prices slow and messy. 4. General lack of ownership and help. Made the process even more stressful. 5. His focus is doing the bare min and shifting responsibility Would not recommend at all. I would pay the extra fees than be blinded by their cheaper fees. Excellent service. We decided to take our property offline for personal reasons but while Ryan and his team were marketing our flat we received excellent service. They are a hard working, efficient and driven team. I never had to follow up with them, they provided us continual feedback and kept us appraised of any market updates. We instructed Perfect Pillars in April 2025. Sharon did an excellent job arranging viewers as she was very easy to deal with. In July ( approx) we secured a buyer. Jenny was very skilled in how she managed the long journey to conveyancing completion, despite issues with the buyers lender, Jenny demonstrated excellent customer service, keeping all parties informed until completion in late November 2025.
