11th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)We as a family have outgrown our current house and in addition tired of living in a built up area. After discussing the potential to move we decided to make the plunge and seriously start looking on Rightmove.<br><br>Throughout our searches we came upon a lovely extended and renovated cottage surrounded by fields and with great views of the planes flying in and out of Headcorn.<br><br>We did a few drive by's (as you do) then contacted Wards through the Rightmove platform. Contact was made from Wards of Headcorn by Jamie and we arranged a viewing of the property.<br><br>Jamie met us (myself, my wife and our two younger children) at the property and, with his warmth and welcoming approach and the location of the property, we immediately fell in love with the cottage.<br><br>Throughout the process we've remained in continual touch via emails and on the phone. Every communication replied to by Jamie without failure. He arranged further viewings for us, one of which was squeezed in when he was due to be at a family members birthday......now that's fantastic commitment.<br><br>Jamie was amazing and patient with the ever excited kiddies and had a great knowledge of the house and area.<br><br>Since the viewings Jamie put us in touch with Wards of Welling who put our property on the market. We've now sold and have (with the support of Alexandre and Jamie at Wards of Headcorn) put in an offer and had it accepted on our dream home in the country.<br><br>Plenty still to do to finalise the process but Jamie and the team at Wards have been pivotal to the success of making our dream come true.<br><br>Thank you seems like to smaller set of words to say but both me and my family sincerely appreciate everything that Jamie and the team (Alexandre) have done. We cannot wait to move in<br><br>We would wholeheartedly recommend Wards of Headcorn (and equally Welling) for any sale or purchase<br><br>Paul

26th May 2026 (22 weeks ago)Duncan came to view and value our 6 bedroom property in Egerton …stayed for an hour and a half …. left promising to send detailed email valuation … two weeks later still nothing despite calling the office to check he had the correct details. Not very professional and not a good sign. Won’t be proceeding with savills

5th Dec 2023 (2 years ago)I would not recommend Mann Ashford. They were not pro active and did not keep in contact to let us know what they were doing in terms of our property. No one answered the phone. They were disinterested and all they wanted to do was reduce the price. Never phoned us we had to phone them. They achieved no viewings on our property. A very poor performance and no service.

We had to obtain Probate with the sale completed on 4th September 2026.<br>The team answered my questions quickly and also listened when I had points to raise.

She answered all our questions, and even managed to organise another viewing so my partner could see the property too for the next morning. We’re so very grateful for her keenness to help, which shows by the fact we put in an offer on the property the next day. Highly recommend Vicky as your estate agent, a really lovely & informative girl.

The entire onboarding process was incredibly smooth and very hands-on, they were with me every step of the way.<br><br>A special mention to Tony Gilbert who was absolutely fantastic, warm, welcoming, and highly professional. He answered all our questions patiently and showed a great depth of knowledge and professionalism. You can really tell he knows the business inside out.<br><br>If you're looking for a letting agency that actually cares and delivers, I would highly recommend Gould and Harrison. 5 stars!
11th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)The market for high value properties is difficult atm. After 15 weeks with Hunters we only had one viewing and no sale. We decided to switch agents. We were very impressed with the initial property inspection and valuation. The team who we met were very pleasant. We were disappointed at the lack of communication from them. Only 1 call apart from the viewing in 15 weeks. It left us with the impression that they were not taking actions to sell the property apart from putting it on the portals.

16th Oct 2026 (11 days ago)Valuation and actual property advert was initially 10k difference. I challenged this and after some time managed to get it back to valuation, which we sold at. We could have lost 10k due to this. Other communication errors throughout the selling process gave us concern and we didn’t have the best experience with their recommended solicitor either.
