Claire gave a realistic valuation & I was delighted to receive the full asking price for my property. Efficient, professional, knowledgeable, his communication is on point and he gets things done. Do not hesitate if you are considering using Hunters, I would go as far as saying, he is the pull factor when it comes to this branch of Hunters. They are lucky to have him.

23rd Nov 2024 (1 year ago)Verity Frearson are the largest estate agent in Harrogate, and in my opinion are handling too many properties simultaneously. As a result they aren't able to give each property the desired attention and exposure. They are also so busy they are very rarely available to take your call and often don't get back to you.

Oliver and the team went the extra mile and even showed me a property on a Sunday as I work full time a weekends just so I didn’t miss out! I spent 5 very happy years in a home in York thanks to Stephensons would recommend them to anyone first time every time ??????

Through ill health, I constantly needed assistance to guide me through the process of form completion and uploading of documents. Nothing seemed to bother her, she was so professional, polite and took the time to explain in detail what was required. She followed up on every call and email and took personal responsibility to ensure the process of being a guarantor for my daughter went as smooth as possible. Thanks once again Megan.

Much easier to contact than the large estate agents and always get back to us quickly. Very impressed and would recommend. I like the continuity of contact and the fact that they are aware of everything going on.
