Already booked the day off so fuming at the complete dis regard of this outfit. Completely unprofessional and extremely arrogant in my opinion!!!! Lesson learned!!!

Emma in the lettings team was fantastic and extremely helpful, keeping me updated at every stage, which made the whole process stress-free. She was really well informed about the property and the local area, and the paperwork was straightforward throughout. The welcome pack on moving in was a lovely touch too. Highly recommend William H Brown for anyone letting in the Harrogate area.

23rd Nov 2024 (1 year ago)Verity Frearson are the largest estate agent in Harrogate, and in my opinion are handling too many properties simultaneously. As a result they aren't able to give each property the desired attention and exposure. They are also so busy they are very rarely available to take your call and often don't get back to you.

12th Aug 2024 (2 years ago)We changed to FSS from another agent who we were not happy with. FSS were efficient, always pick up the phone when you call and always available to do viewings. They give sound advice and we would recommend them to anyone.

Their knowledge and professionalism have helped me more than I can say. Not only are they excellent at what they do, but their opening hours are longer than anyone else’s allowing people to ring in the evening. My sale had some challenges and these were met by Emma Mitchell in an outstanding way. Having her to help me made a huge, huge difference and I can’t thank her enough. So, to Ben, Victoria, Lauren and Richard and all the team I have nothing but gratitude and admiration for the patience you showed me. Picked up keys today and very happy with the purchase for the price I got it for - would 100% use them again for another purchase as they have a lot of good deals if you are looking to buy tenanted property.

As a firm they don’t simply rely on RightMove, but instead Monroe offer a wealth of potential buyers who they take the time to match with the right property. Communication has been excellent, with good commercial and supportive advice always available. Monroe took time to learn about our house and delivered continuity with both viewings and feedback. Once we had agreed a sale Monroe’s sales progression coordinator ensured that all solicitors in our chain were kept in the loop and that potential delays were unblocked by exceptional communication skills. Having used a number of estate agents over the years we have never had such an excellent service and enjoyable experience as we have with the team at Monroe. 1st Jun 2023 (3 years ago)Scott at North Residential could not have been more proactive, professional and diligent in his approach to selling our house. In comparison to previous agents, his communication and work ethic was off the scale. Can not recommend highly enough.
