I am based on the west coast of Canada and I was concerned that the 8 hour time difference might be a challenge in keeping the process moving but I neednt have worried. They were highly professional, great communicators, responded promptly to my messages, and kept me fully informed at every stage of the process from start to finish. I would highly recommend Krystle and her team.

22nd Apr 2026 (17 days ago)5? Review for Manhattan Estates I can’t recommend Manhattan Estates enough. From start to finish, the team was personable, professional, and went above and beyond. Communication: Tahera and Muhammed were outstanding — always knowledgeable, up to speed on every detail, and replied promptly even by text. They kept us updated throughout the whole process which made a stressful time so much easier. Speed: They move properties much quicker than high street agents. One seller said Manhattan sold their house within 5 minutes of the listing call. Service: They guide you through every step with care, liaise with buyers and solicitors on your behalf, and genuinely want to know about you and your home. After 4+ years letting with them, everything from viewing to moving in has been smooth. Results: Multiple clients call the service “stress free” and “fabulous”. They’ve been established 10+ years and specialise in efficient sales/lettings. 9e7216addd91 Overall: Capable, friendly, and reliable. 26th Feb 2026 (10 weeks ago)I’m desperately looking for a home to relocate back to the West Midlands after experiencing DA. I had an appointment this week to view a property, but I was disappointed with the service I received. Firstly the letting agent turned up late, and I had to call the office to see where she was. The office called her to find out, and she clearly wasn’t happy about this as she brought it up with me and my brother who was accompanying me. She was also dressed like she had just rolled out of bed, and offered us no information about the property…she remained quiet the whole time. The property I viewed had no heating source in the one bedroom, (which is illegal) and so they are happy to let out a property on behalf of a Landlord of whom is clearly breaking the law. When I pointed this out, she said “you can just put a heater in there.” No, no I can’t…the landlords job is to provide a source of heating, not mine When I asked her more information and mentioned I had a cat, she wasn’t sure what to say…despite me having an email trace of speaking to the office about this. She just did not seem interested in getting a tenant for the property. I will of course be reporting the fact that this property is being let without a heating source in the bedroom. Only thing I can say positively about this letting agent, is they do call and let you know that you haven’t been successful, which is more than most!

I lived in their property for 2 years and I can say that they are experts in maintenance. I recommend them highly to any homeowner or tenant. 21st Apr 2026 (18 days ago)I recently moved into a property managed by Spectra Property Services, and unfortunately, my experience has been a mixture of good, at the start, and then not so good. At the beginning, the service seemed satisfactory, which gave me confidence in the process. However, things started to fall short. There were delays in receiving my contract early to consider, and essential steps such as conducting meter readings were overlooked entirely - causing unnecessary stress and uncertainty from day one. More concerning was the condition of the property upon move-in. I had been assured the flat would be cleaned thouroughly prior to my arrival, yet it was clearly not done, leaving me to deal with a dusty environment causing many sneezing fits during the night. A particularly distressing incident occurred when I became locked inside the living room due to a faulty door handle. This caused considerable anxiety, and despite reporting the issue, I received no response to my email. Instead, I had to buy door stops to prevent the door from closing on me if the window was open. Overall, the customer service has been unsatisfactory especially as i was told i could approach Spectra with any concerns or teething problems. As someone familiar with regulatory standards and tenant rights, it is evident that basic responsibilities around responding to consumers or tenants has slipped with my case. I would strongly urge improvements in communication, property preparation, and tenant safety before tenants are permitted to move into their homes.
3rd Mar 2026 (10 weeks ago)I was buying a property via King Homes The sale of my property fell through I informed Kong Homes immediately Several weeks later the house i was buying was put back on the market without even bothering to inform me It came up on my emails via Right Move I was prepared to pay the extra stamp duty but was never given that opportunity. Even my solicitor was shocked at such shocking treatment. King homes even had the cheek to offer to sell my home for me. Which I would have never accepted after such shocking service.

After a disastrous start with another estate agent which almost lost me the house I really wanted to buy, I instructed Century 21 and Jason pulled everything together. Jason got my property sold very quickly in an urgent situation working late into the night to get my property listed and negotiated my purchase so that everything was held together, despite various difficulties along the way, and I got my dream home. He is extremely proactive and responds quickly to messages seven days a week and outside normal working hours. I cannot thank him enough for his hard work, and dedication in getting my sale and purchase over the line. He is truly passionate about his work and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

She was amazing in co-ordinating and managing the chain of solicitors and ensuring the communication never broke down between the parties . We really appreciated her advice and judgement. We couldn't have asked for anything more from Sarah and Rice Chamberlain. We feel like we had exceptional service and value for money. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for an estate agent that will work in your best interests. Would definitely use again if the need arises.
