The journey of selling and purchasing a house can be challenging, however dont underestimate how having the right estate agent on your side can make all the difference. High recommend for Louise from me.

13th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)Many thanks to all of the team at luxury and prestige who were professional and helpful throughout , from the furnishing artwork that inspired viewings , to liaising with the buyer and keeping the sale moving to completion, I can’t recommend them enough.
30th Dec 2025 (18 weeks ago)Got my flat with these only fixed little bits no new carpets they were there before I was and i moved in over 10 years ago wouldn't replace them then I got charged for it when they evicted me after 10 years nearly becauce apparently landlord was selling all lies then went back on the market double the price and probably triple the deposit someone told me the carpets were the same when it was first built now where i live we have new kits if its broken gets fixed within 24hrs and No mould or damp i have sleep apnea and allergic to mould and paying less for this place than there's avoid by all means rude aswell

25th Apr 2026 (13 days ago)Very disapointed with the service. We picked this agency because of the positive reviews. We signed up on a 13 week contract. At the end of the contract littlewoods never contacted us to see if we wanted to renew it. We assumed they were not intrested in signing a new contract and had lost interest in selling the property. We ended up e mailing them and asking for the keys back, and told them we felt that they had lost interest in the property. They replied and said they would drop the keys of the following day. This never happened, and we ended up having to call in and pick up the keys. Very dissapointing.

10th Apr 2026 (28 days ago)I had a positive overall experience with this estate agent. The valuation they provided was accurate and gave me confidence in the pricing of my property. While there were times when it was a bit difficult to get hold of them, whenever I did manage to speak with them, they were consistently professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. Their approach was reassuring and they clearly have a good understanding of the market. Despite the occasional communication delays, I would still recommend them based on their expertise and professionalism.
