19th Sep 2021 (4 years ago)Poor service, very disappointed. They got our address and rents wrong in the tenancy agreement, luckily we spotted this but this is so unprofessional! Everytime we have questions, they have never replied on time, and even when they did they were in a very reluctant manner. This become worse after signing the agreement. We had to chase them 5 days just to know when the inventory check is done. it was so frustrated. 0 services, 0 care, 0 manner.
6th Dec 2025 (22 weeks ago)Sold our property within 8 days. Brookings valued our house slightly higher than the other three agents that we invited. We also sold for the EXACT figure Ryan thought we would get. If I’d have gone with the other agents, I would have lost out. Wonderful service

20th Apr 2024 (2 years ago)Lack of communication, had to chase them for things to be done, lack of professionalism. I consider the three months the property was for sale with them was three months wasted. Property is now under offer with another agent within 3 days of being listed. Enough said …….
4th Dec 2025 (22 weeks ago)It was a very emotional time for me because as executor I was selling my recently deceased mother’s house. I relied on Knights Residential advice on getting her house ready for sale and the kind of selling price we could expect to achieve. Also as I had not lived in the area personally for over 30 years I relied on Kinghts Residential for recommendations on the solicitors to use. In the end I ended up selling the house to a family member. The whole process was made easier because we all accepted the professional advice from Tony Koumourou Sales Director.- This agent doesn't have any reviews

27th Jul 2025 (9 mo. ago)Agency was great throughout our tenancy in terms of communication and maintenance. The issues I had were after we moved out when it came to our deposit. They flipped my mattress to find an old stain which they then tried to charge me for. The mattress had not been flipped before I moved in or during my tenancy so I was able to dispute this. I am a young professional and the flat was in excellent condition when we left. It needed a professional clean which I was happy to pay for. Our tenancy was for 2 years and there was a small amount of expected wear and tear (eg. a few unnoticeable marks on the walls). The agency said they needed to repaint the entire flat and took this out of our deposit. I have rented with a number of letting agents whilst living in Manchester and they were the only one who took a significant portion of my deposit.
