15th Jun 2026 (20 days ago)? Avoid — recurring leak left unresolved for months<br><br>We are a landlord whose flat sits below a property managed by this agent. Water has repeatedly leaked from the flat above into ours, damaging our ceiling and floor — most recently right after we completed a full refurbishment.<br><br>This has been reported on numerous occasions. Each time we were told it was fixed, and each time the leak returned, which tells us it has never been properly repaired. We are also concerned about the living conditions of the tenants in the flat above.<br><br>Our dealings with Jebin Raja on this matter have been disappointing — reports have not led to a lasting fix, and the lack of follow-through has been frustrating to deal with. We have now escalated to the Property Ombudsman and the local council.<br><br>If you’re considering this agent, we’d urge caution based on our experience.

28th Jun 2026 (7 days ago)All communication was very good. Good service from everyone I dealt with. Valuations was an over selling price , but was similar to another agent, so not unrealistic. Perhaps the market was lower than expected.
29th Apr 2026 (10 weeks ago)Saj and the rest of his team are con artists, absolutely disrespectful, rude and dishonest. He lied about the amenities in the newly built apartment we were renting, costing us time and money to fix the issues. We could not work from home for 3 months bc we couldn’t have WiFi over the 2 floors of the apartment. They would come for inspection and walk around in their shoes talking to us like we are some peasants, patronising us with every little thing and harassing us via emails. When we moved out they kept our deposit for “cleaning services” despite the flat being cleaned by us and didn’t provide any original receipts but their own made up invoice costing us 2/3 of our deposit and gave us back the remaining of it a whole year later. Overall our losses came to about £3k for renting a 4 bedroom apartment for only 14 months from them. Just a disgrace and you can see they are lying in your face openly and do not feel any guilt. Everyone who we dealt with was either ignorant, lying or rude especially Nicky and Saj.

She responded promptly to all our enquiries and ensured that everything was in place, making the journey smooth and stress free. Her dedication, efficiency and attention to detail truly stood out. She is undoubtedly a valuable asset to the company. The company was equally impressive. The team was professional, supportive and provided clear explanations of every step of the process. Their guidance and transparency gave us confidence and made the experience straightforward and pleasant. Thank you for the excellent service. We would highly recommend both the agent and the company to anyone looking for a reliable and professional property agency.

I had just over a week to find myself an apartment that I liked and get moved in. Her quick communication, professionalism and genuine kindness is what made this all possible! Throughout the entire process she went above and beyond, and I truly felt treated like family. Both my parents and I are grateful to have met her. Thank you Krupa - for everything!

2nd Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)I met Paul from Portlands and found him to be very genuine and helpful. He showed us 5 flats on one of the hottest days of the year and even though I didn't put in an offer on any he never waivered in trying to help me find the best place for me and my son. He was honest and helpful and gave me some very good advice about extending leases. I really would recommend Portlands and Paul in particular to anyone as I met alot of estate agents before him who were very pushy.- 5th Jun 2026 (30 days ago)Courtney Harvey was a pleasure to deal with, she was very professional arrived on time and was very knowledgeable. She answered all of the questions I had without hesitation or making me feel silly.
