17th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)What a different way to sell a home, with supportive, gentle and trustworthy people. We’d been mulling over the idea of relocating out of London for years and even discussed putting our home on the market with Unique previously. What we like is that there is no big sales pitch, no pressure to sell, just listening and responding. But more importantly, keeping both our buyers and us calm, communicative and friendly throughout the sale, so it felt as smooth as it could possibly be. We’re not planning to do move again any time soon, but we’d definitely use Unique if we were.

30th Nov 2021 (4 years ago)The service and support that we received from Graham and Andrew was smooth and detailed throughout. Their personal, people-centred approach put us at ease and we felt confident that they would do the same for the buyers. Their knowledge of the local market is matched with national coverage via the online selling platforms. We live outside of the UK and they helped with factors that arise in this situation. We sold our house at above the price quoted by other estate agents whilst paying a commission significantly below what their competitors were asking for. All round, a fine experience and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

5th Mar 2026 (13 days ago)Loved using Batchellor Monkhouse to sell my home. I primarily worked with Emily who was super but everyone in the office was always up to speed on developments. Great attention was taken to the photos and listing. All the agents who would show the house came round in advance to get a feel for the place. Tough market and BM delivered. Grade II* listed house with lots of quirks sold and very happy in new home.

29th Sep 2021 (4 years ago)W Welch, well where to begin. Wesley was the agent we both sold our property through and also aided us in our purchase of our new home. To sum this up in a few words... Wesley has been so kind, understanding, helpful, prompt and professional through out. W Welch offer a personal touch which I really liked, I felt that I could contact Wesley and ask any question and he would always take the time to answer me. All in all a great company, friendly, professional all wrapped in one. Great job all of you who work for W Welch.

She was incredibly professional, friendly, and always quick to respond to any questions I had. Olivia made everything smooth and stress-free — from the first viewing to finalising the paperwork, she kept me informed every step of the way. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about their clients, and Olivia truly does. I would highly recommend Dayfields, especially if you get the chance to work with Olivia.
