1st May 2026 (9 weeks ago)I have just sold my property through Davies and Way - Keynsham branch and I was extremely happy with the level of service that I received. I have found them to be very honest, trustworthy and knowledgeable and they are always very polite and courteous to deal with. They supported me through the whole process and were always very responsive to any questions that I had. A special thanks to Karen C, David and Abbie who all played a part in my sale and I am very grateful to the whole team.

25th Jun 2026 (10 days ago)?????<br><br>My experience with this letting agency was extremely disappointing.<br><br>The handling of my tenancy deposit was frustrating from start to finish. I had to repeatedly chase for updates, supporting invoices and the return of my deposit. The undisputed portion of my deposit was only returned after numerous follow-ups, and key invoices were only provided months later.<br><br>The most concerning part was the cleaning. I specifically used the agency’s recommended end of tenancy cleaner and paid over £200, including an additional amount after the cleaner inspected the property, to ensure the property met their expected standard and to avoid exactly this type of dispute.<br><br>Despite this, I was later charged additional cleaning costs through my tenancy deposit. To make matters worse, the cleaning company later informed me that they were forced by the letting agency to raise an additional invoice for the extra cleaning. As a tenant, it is impossible to understand why I was expected to pay the cleaner directly and then effectively pay again through my deposit for further cleaning carried out by the same cleaner.<br><br>Overall, the process lacked transparency, communication was poor, and I was left feeling that the system was heavily weighted against the tenant. I would strongly advise prospective tenants to document everything, keep all receipts and correspondence, and carefully scrutinise any proposed deposit deductions.
26th Jun 2026 (9 days ago)Two sets of people who couldn’t afford the rent were put forward not several as Nikki stated. And as my 22 years of being a landlord my experience and long term rental objectives were completely ignored they said my decision went against their co ethos I am running a property business which has nothing to do with character or custom which if you didn’t know what ethos means. So they took my three bed off the market without any explanation or communication like a child throwing its toys out of a pram. Didn’t give me any feedback about viewings either none and I know for a fact they lied about the availability of the house to an applicant. Never darken my door again don’t use this team just an awful experience. They are also very fond of sending what are clearly templated replies to your emails.
31st May 2025 (1 year ago)We used “Which” to find out the best performing local agents, of these we approached Greenwoods first as they have an office within walking distance. Staff were friendly, helpful and efficient from the start, and Branch Manager, Phil Marsh, took us through every step of the process. From then on, Phil kept us informed and responded to all of our queries. He consistently provided all the assistance we needed to obtain a sale. We would recommend the Wells Road branch without hesitation.

27th Apr 2026 (10 weeks ago)Abby at Andrews longwell green was everything you would want an estate to be. She builds a great rapport with her customers that you know she will quickly establish similarly with potential buyers. A great regular communicator, always have rang with feedback the day after a viewing, and when she could not get in touch with the viewer she would still ring to keep you updated. Gave great advice on sales strategy through out the process as did the rest of the team at the office. Prior to assigning Andrews, my house was on the market with another well known bs30 local estate for over 18 months and the house felt unsaleable, but from the moment we assigned Andrews interest in the house significantly increased, with high quality viewings and it felt like finding a buyer was just around the corner which turned out tot ve true. Thank you Abby and Andrews Team, I could not recommend you highly enough!

We had a long stressful process due to our buyer and even though Connells weren't acting on behalf of us she always went above and beyond to help us and nothing was ever too much trouble.

No issues at all- 9th Jun 2026 (26 days ago)As buyers with Andrews recently, we had a great experience and would expect to turn to Andrews, and Rich in Long Ashton specifically, for any further property related matters, to sell or generally. ?????????????????? Thumbs up from us. Update June 2026 Since early 2025, Rich was in touch with buyers who might find out property of interest (we had maintained dialogue with Rich in the village since purchase). As it happened we were thinking of moving again. Rich (Andrews) helped us again - easy process to get house prepared for sale, beautiful brochure and Rightmove content. We had two families view and both wanted it, but one could not proceed. The second bought it and we completed sale earlier this year. Once again, all went swimmingly, great support and dialogue with Rich. We are no longer in the area but wouldn't hesitate to use Andrews again if we needed an agent, and the operated where we needed them ??????
