20th Apr 2023 (3 years ago)I can’t thank the Leese and Nagel team enough, professional from start to finish, kept us updated throughout, their knowledge of the local market is second to none as well as finding us the ideal buyers to suit the house of our late Mother. She would be so happy. Leese and Nagel were honest, reliable and friendly while never letting their professionalism down. The whole team were superb. Thank you Rob, Louis and Catherine who we had personal dealings with but I have no doubt the rest of the team would be the same. Massive thank you from me, my brother and sister.

Great friendly, informative and professional service and awesome communication. Which was really important to me. She helped secure the flat I desperately wanted and walked me through the process expertly and easily. The office is easy to find and central in Clevedon. They spent considerable time to update and liaise with all parties, concluding well with an outcome to allow the Charity to serve those in need in Bristol. 8th May 2021 (5 years ago)Beware of using Andrew's to buy/sell! Due to the poor standard of service and lack of communication we were not told of 2 unresolved boundary disputes that affected the sale of a property we had made an offer on. This caused a delay of nearly 7 months before we were forced to withdraw from the purchase due to the behaviour of Andrew's staff and management as well as the sellers attitude as they were constantly told it was not an issue by andrews. Andrew's later admitted to being aware of the boundary disputes when the property had been originally listed. You cannot complete and have the deeds transferred to your name or even get a mortgage on a property with unresolved boundary disputes - Andrew's you should know better! Being repeatedly lied to is not an appropriate form of service! We would not have proceeded to order surveys and searches and instruct solicitors had we known when we made our offer. This entire debacle has cost us nearly £1k in fees. We were offered a mere £250 as compensation for 7 wasted months and £1k of wasted money. We were constantly told it was not an issue and it was repeatedly minimised which dragged the process out. Despite making a complaint to management and escalating through the complaints process to head office we have had no appropriate resolution.

23rd Jun 2024 (1 year ago)I was with a different agent for 3 months and made the move, immediately the it was so much better. Hunters gave me a realistic valuation, the pictures and advertising for my property were so much better making the place look great and I had more viewings in the first week compared to the 3 months with the other agent. It only took 7 weeks to find a buyer. They are prompt with communication and have done a great job working with me to sell my property.

They were consistently responsive and professional, and it was a pleasure working with them. I also happen to think they do a great job with the photography and details of the listings that they represent, and as someone on the buy-side I can only say that I was impressed by the quality of the listings they represent.

9th Oct 2025 (6 mo. ago)If you’re a student, I’d seriously think twice before renting with this agency. From the start, the flat was handed over in a poor condition but labelled “professionally cleaned.” Then when we moved out, they tried to hit us with an absurd cleaning fee on top of everything else. When I pushed back, they shifted the blame instead of taking responsibility. Thankfully, the independent deposit adjudicator ruled in our favour, which pretty much says everything about how fair their claim really was. The whole thing was way more stressful than it needed to be. If you end up/already are renting through them, document absolutely everything, keep records and don’t be scared to challenge unfair charges. And I’m clearly not the only one — a quick look at the other 1* reviews says a lot. Honestly — if you can, just rent somewhere else.

13th Jan 2026 (17 weeks ago)Edited to reply: I'm sorry Andrew but I haven't had anyone visit about the mould previously you must be referring to previous tenants. I have only ever had visits for radiator issues, a broken cupboard door and the routine inspections. I have never actually been at home for an inspection either. I have also had no email contact with you, only Amy and Luka whereby I am lucky if they respond without me double emailing them. A contractor did visit on the weekend and said there are numerous issues that should have been addressed a long time ago. Can I also ask, if you were aware there were mould issues a long time ago why this has never been mentioned and why was there such a delay in rectifying the problem?I can assure you that any 'poor ventilation' is through no fault of our own given that we purchased a dehumidifier, keep the radiator on every day and have the bathroom window open constantly. Currently a tenant and the communication is horrendous. I have been chasing up a mould issue for over 2 months and I'm lucky to get a response let alone someone be sent out. I've had to contact environmental health as my emails are often ignored. Such a shame as they were initially super helpful when moving in. I'd personally avoid.

His genuine honesty, regular updates and clear communication made a real difference during what could easily have been a stressful experience. Tom consistently went above and beyond to keep things moving and to make sure we were informed at every stage. That level of effort and professionalism does not go unnoticed, and it made the whole journey far easier for us. In the end, it was absolutely worth it, and a big part of that is down to Tom’s dedication and support throughout the process. I would happily recommend him to anyone buying or selling a property.
