We've viewed quite a few houses recently and found them all to be very pushy and rushed around asking for offers soon as we got through the door which has put us off everyone. Joe was very helpful and a very nice guy who didn't rush us and felt very laid back and at ease whilst looking round. Much appreciated.

The whole process from valuation and marketing our house right through to completion was made easier by their professional experience and extensive local knowledge. We didn’t have an easy process but Sara our sales progressor was extremely helpful and liased with everyone in the chain to make sure things were moving forward. 25th May 2026 (22 weeks ago)I would like to express my disappointment with the situation regarding the cancellation of our reference by your agency. After Nicola decided to cancel our reference, I was informed that I wouldn't be eligible for a refund of my deposit. The most frustrating part is that she's now disputing this, claiming that we failed the referencing process, despite initially stating that she was cancelling the reference herself. When I pointed out that if she believed we failed referencing, she should refund my money, she became rude and refused, stating she would never give me my money back.

They first helped us secure our rental when relocating from London to Bristol, and now they’ve helped us find and in the process of buying our first home. Logan was really friendly and helpful when showing us around the property, and we really appreciated his support in helping us secure a deal quickly. James and Cilla have been great during the process and always around to answer our questions and clear our anxiety especially as this is our first time buying.
